I recently bought the Cozy Duck Feather Sofa from Sofaway, and I’m genuinely impressed. Before ordering, I visited their Blackburn warehouse to see the sofas in person — the team was welcoming, and the quality really stood out.

The sofa itself is incredibly comfortable, with duck feather cushions that feel luxurious and supportive. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

What really surprised me was the super fast delivery — it arrived within just 4 days! That kind of service is rare these days.

I purchased the Brambury 3 seater electric recliner with remote in light grey, myself and my partner saw it in a pop up shop and tried it out and was very impressed with how lovely it was. Exactly what we needed.
They delivered on the day of our choosing which was convenient for us.
My family and my partners family have been round since purchasing and have all commented how lovely the settee is and are looking to purchase a new settee themselves which we have recommended this company to them.
The settee is more like a 4 seater and very spacious we have it along the whole back wall in our front room so my son now has more room to play.
It is definitely a settee I would recommend to anyone who has the space to fit it. Also handy that you can recline each of the 3 parts of the settee how you would like them I have mine half way reclined so I can put my feet up comfortably when my partner is tired in the evening he reclines the whole way.

I recently purchased the Sloane sofa from Sofaway, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. After explaining the dimensions of my room and the style I was looking for, they custom made the sofa to perfectly fit the space.

I chose the latte colour, and the material has already received so many compliments, it looks and feels fantastic. Even better, the sofa was made and delivered in just over a week, which was a pleasant surprise given it was custom made.

I’m already considering other products from them because the quality and service have been outstanding.

We ordered 22 made to order sofas, with a tight turnaround for a hotel project we were working on. Sofasway managed to deliver these quickly, with good communication and the sofas are excellent quality, we are really pleased with the service provided.

They were hugely helpful replying and even calling on WhatsApp to help me measure for the sofa I was interested in. The delivery was also really quick.
That is the only part of a £1900 purchase I can give a star to. The delivery was quick initially but ended up being a rushed job because they were running late. Delivery people left the units packaged in the middle of the room and demanded I sign something to say id inspected the furniture and was happy - but they wouldn’t wait for me to do that or help me to unpackaged it or assemble. I said I would sign for delivery but not to approve the quality as they weren’t allowing me the opportunity to inspect it or even see it. They left.
The image of the sofa I purchased was clearly AI or a prototype that was different to the sofa I was sent. The base sofa cushions were solid and thin and if I sit on the edge of a cushion I’m basically sitting on the cheap frame of the sofa. The back of the sofa base seems higher than the front therefore it’s like you’re always being tilted forwards. The back sofa cushions are completely different to the photo image too, not to mention don’t align front and base, being the wrong sizes and mismatch (not measured properly when made). The arms are basically MDF with material over them and no cushioning.
The wrong size side cushions were sent and 7 weeks later a new pair arrived, after the first delivery was apparently lost, also the wrong size (going off the advert of the sofa I thought I was buying).
I questioned the quality and the authenticity of the purchase, given the plump full cushions on the image online looked nothing like the sofa I was delivered, and I was met with “we made it to measure so it will look different”. Whilst my measurements did mean the sofa would be around 10cm shorter in length, that doesn’t explain how the filling, cushions, colour and overall look and quality of the product is different to the advertisement. The sofas description was soft and luxurious and it is anything but. The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, and every person who has seen it and sat on the sofa not only agrees but is absolutely horrified when I tell them how much it cost me. £1900!!!
I intentionally chose a small business over a mass retailer because that’s how I prefer to spend my hard earned money but I’m absolutely appalled by the quality of this. I would pay £600 in ikea and find more comfort and authenticity / likeness to their advertisement. I was hesitant to buy online but seeing these reviews, and chatting to the team, I felt reassured. Having received this sofa and spending so much money for something so unsatisfactory, I will never buy online again. To have not had responses or solutions is deeply disappointing and terrible customer service when I’m so dissatisfied at such expense. Sorry to have had such a negative experience considering others seem to have had the opposite.

Great service! Delivered and put together in our upstairs lounge within a week of ordering the sofa.

Could improve on communication just a little bit, HOWEVER, having said that my experience when ordering the sofa, the people are super friendly and lovely. The delivery was amazing and the delivery driver was also super friendly and nice! Most importantly I am very very pleased with the product it was easy to mount and not too heavy. I will look to purchase another sofa from this company again soon!

Sofa is fantastic, great value for money, the delivery was very quick, and they gave me a sensible time to indie for the delivery. All in all, can’t recommend them enough.

Had my sofa delivered today, after a little blip over delivery the guy sorted it for me very quickly. Lovely sofa, would recommend!
