Nicole helped me today very good service thank you so much

My partner and I visited Sofology in Orpington with a rough idea of a sofa we wanted to buy from another business. Shortly after entering we were approached by Hayley (H - apologies for not correct spelling of name) who asked us if we needed any help, we explained we were browsing after deciding on another sofa elsewhere. H said that's absolutely fine feel free to look around and if we need anything to let her know. Then my partner spotted a similar sofa to the prior one we decided on which came with more colour options. Well even though we looked around the decision had been made which my partner announced to H and we then proceeded to look at purchasing the sofa. H explained the buying process and answered all our questions in a very friendly and professional manner and eased us when applying for the finance option as I personally thought my recent changes in address and career would affect my Credit rating which they didn't which left us both feeling that Sofology was definitely the right place to buy our new sofa from.

I had Nicole who helped with my purchase and she was fantastic. Super patient with us while we struggled to pick a colour and was great at finalising all the details so that I could purchase my dream sofa!

Hailey approached us very promptly on arriving at the store and helped us by answering a few questions we had having already looked on line. Sofa is due before Christmas. My experience so far has been excellent, and once again....thanks Hailey, you were a star.

Staff in sofology Orpington were really friendly and helpful. More importantly didn’t feel pressured and any point and happily allowed to walk away and think about it. Ordered online at home once we’d measured properly.

Popped into Sofology on Sunday and met Zackeline who gave and sent us details of the lounge furniture my wife and I both liked there was no sales pressure at all regarding sales just very helpful service. Returned a couple of days later and met Molly who was lovely to she helped with a few questions and completed the order and sale very smoothly. Both Zackeline and Molly were both excellent. Well done to you both.

First time buying a sofa and we had an amazing experience at Orpington Sofology store! We visited the store twice and on both occasion had excellent customer service, we was approached both times! (Whereas other sofa shops didn’t approach us) After lots of sofa shopping we kept coming back to the Ascot sofa! We love the comfort and style of this sofa and its versatility! Zacklyn couldn’t be more helpful, she made the whole process smooth from start to finish and went above & behind with her customer care & knowledge! As this was our first time buying a sofa we didn’t know what to expect but we was made to feel so comfortable. We are really happy with our purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Massive thankyou again to Zacklyn for her patience with us!

On my first visit I was helped by Nicole I told her what I was looking for and she took me to see the sofa that I purchased, she understood exactly what I wanted. The next visit I was helped by Zak who was also very helpful and the next visit I was helped by Darhys who completed my order. They were so helpful and not pushy, they all let me take my time on decisions and were very polite. I would definitely recommend the company.
