Install problems

I had problems making the payment. Got that resolved. So you have got my money. Next, got a dowhnload link for the software, that didn't seem to work. I have had several emails back and forth with Thorben, with no solution. Apparently early instructions were not correct. Every back and forth email span a day apart The value is good, if it works ! So far, I have spent way to much time on this deal

Love my old QBD!

Had a couple issues getting set up and such, but a quick email and a prompt answer took care of the problem. It was my errors and not theirs. Since then just like old times with simple Desktop and not that confusing and stupid online program. Love my old friend QBD

I purchased QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024…

I purchased QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 and was not able to make it work properly due to errors when trying to print estimates/invoices on my PC. I proceeded to contacting them for support and they said I had to also purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro for $180 as a requirement for printing in QuickBooks. Therefore, I now have a software that cannot be used. I find this to be a scam

To clarify, QuickBooks Desktop uses a PDF component to print estimates and invoices, and printing errors are often related to the system’s PDF driver or missing/corrupted PDF components on the computer. In many cases, resolving this may involve repairing the existing PDF driver or using a compatible PDF application.

Our support team’s intention was to suggest a possible solution, not to require an additional purchase. QuickBooks itself does not require Adobe Acrobat Pro specifically, and there are several ways to resolve PDF or printing errors depending on the system configuration.

I was skeptical but I was able to pay…

I was skeptical but I was able to pay for and download and install without a hitch, when it came time to activate, it wasn't easy but by clicking on various parts of the website the activate box came up , I was very relieved. I was able to restore my company file and open without issues. I did this on a second computer, not wanting to take a chance of messing up my critical system. Now I just have to cancel my subscription to Intuit Quickbooks pro desktop.

Quickbooks Desktop for real

Letting us know that the product was guaranteed to work, and if there were any issues installing it, we had a complete return refund available.

Intuit will tell customers that they are the only source of Quickbooks and Desktop is no longer available. NOT TRUE!

Was told that software key was a fake and license key was fake

I had trouble connecting the bank feeds and called the number that is in the software and was told that the license key was fake and this was fake software and was not supported by intuit. I also am so had other issues that I could not fix with the errors with the Hud. You sell a product that I would not have purchased as a download of QB, there was not any statement that said that some features “require an active Intuit subscription and may not function without it” I would not have purchased your software, I would have went directly to QB.
