Downloading was easy but installation…
Downloading was easy but installation -- after disconnecting from the Internet -- failed after selecting the type of business the software was going to be used in. I chose 'Professional Services' and this when the installation failed, requesting a fresh install from scratch.
UPDATE: 11/19/2025
I tried again, but this time I chose the default choice of type of business. It installed ok. I’m running it now.

The product arrived in a timely…
The product arrived in a timely fashion. The price was significantly lower than what Intuit was charging and I was skeptical. After some installation issues, I was able to intall the software on one computer and then learned from tech support that the software was only valid on 1 computer and I couldn't network two computers
