I bought the MS 2021 office
I bought the MS 2021 office. I tried to do as they told me to get it to load. I could not get a valid key to get it to work. They asked me to try one more time and in doing so it messed up my computer big time.
After several emails and not getting any where, I told them I wanted a refund. They said no because 30 days had passed. I have been trying to get my money back since the first part of November. I have a program that I can't use and no refund.

Company does not stand behind product
Software purchased was for a 5 license 2021 office pro, with projects and visio. Did not received all products purchased, installs failed, made 10 phone calls, no answer, direct to fake answering service. Finally received email response days later, and I had already purchased the product from someone else. These people refused to refund my money

got a windows activation key from them, everything worked perfectly. I was very impressed by the price for a relatively rare copy of windows (PRO N)
