Warning, do not buy. I bought the Microsoft Excel software package and it worked for a few weeks and then started asking for the Key again. There's no Customer support.
All they do is reply that I can only install it on one computer. I only have one computer.
We've went back and forth in email four times, and at this point they offered me a 30% off on additional software. Again, I can't recommend.

Genuine software with great price and the best customer service.

Repeat customer and never had any problem with software. From OSs to Office Suites, downloads and activation always go smoothly. Prices are way better than anywhere found online. Downloads are digital but just burn to disc if physical media matters. Highly recommend!

First, the price was awesome. The links and keys were delivered within a reasonable amount of time (a few hours later). There were no issues with the installation and activation. I would definitely recommend Softwareinstore.

Their product keys are affordable and instructions are easy to follow. I purchased numerous products from this company and they do not disappoint. Hope to do business in the near future.

I was a little hesitant at first, but based on the reviews I took a chance. The download was relatively quick and two issues popped up. I emailed customer service and they responded with a fix. I deleted two Microsoft pieces of software and then the download worked perfectly. Very happy with the price, the software and the customer service and would use the company again.

After upgrading my windows 10 pro, I was extremely unhappy with microsoft's windows 11 pro because of all the it's bloatware. It was taking up space and my time to turn it off. I purchsed a key for
Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 from softwareindtore.com, downloaded the iso. I installed it with only the software I wanted and It's working great. Now I'm a happy camper. The OS has security updates till 2032. WIN,WIN

The initial instructions were spot on - however they required getting a second code from the support line - which took over 5 hours, but was successful. I suspect some of the delay is just do to time zones. Overall I had a great experience the price was fantastic!

Would have been 5 but had to contact them for new license number after first one didn't work. They have always been responsive when this happens and it is the only place I go for this.

The software was easy to purchase and download.

I found that software store were very responsive to my issues. I purchased 2 copies of one product and had problems with the activation keys (do to my fault) I kept I putting the wrong key into my 2nd device and it would not take. With there guidance we finally figured everything out.
I will return here for future purchases.

code was invalid. Money is gone. Left holding an empty bag. Telephone disconnect. no response to email from 24 hour support. I will update if they make this right, its not looking good at this point.

Good response time and understanding my problem. They offered two solutions to my problem.
They exchanged my product for one that would work. Downloaded and installed without issue.

Like most others - the activation key for MS Office Pro Plus didn't work. Followed their instructions for "activate by phone & send them a screenshot." 2 days and 3 emails later - zero response. Filed claim with my CC company and will be issued a credit. IN THE FUTURE - I'll do a review dive into any new company I may want to do business with.

Made a purchase of office 2019 for $20. I should have realized that was to cheap to be true and it was. Only after the purchase was made did I get an email telling me that if my key did not work that I needed to choose to register by dial up even thought that wasn't what would happen and then to take some farther steps to get it to register. Nothing I tried worked. I demanded my money back but all I got was excuses so now I will have to contact my credit card and have them file a dispute and let them get my money back. Do not trust these people! This is a real scam! I just should have come to trust pilot to begin with and read the reviews.

I purchased a digital download and got an instand "successful purchase" sort of message with an order verification number.
That was the end. Plenty of sales emails from them, but no download, no one answers calls, not even a company answering message. No response to emails to their "support". The didn't charge my card yet, so I guess I just have to wait until they come back to work to get my "instant" download.
Update: I did get my download and an apology, 2 days later.

On two different occasions they have sent us the wrong download for two different software's. Getting in touch with their customer support is like pulling teeth. Extremely painful. They don't answer their phone no reply to emails but maybe days latter. Not a very good company.
