I later had a query and despite the time difference a response came back almost immediately from Drake.

I tried to run Dragon Professional 16 in Parallels on my MacBook Air. I purchased Windows 11 Professional Retail Version from MS Office Store to run in Parallels, the PC emulator. Dragon did not run well in Parallels. I now have no need for Dragon Professional 16, Parallels and Windows and uninstalled all off of my Mac

I tried to return Windows 11 Professional Retail Version from MS Office Store. The agent advised me:

"Once you install the Windows, it's no longer applicable for a refund anymore. You can check the terms and conditions above”

Sometimes you just need to play with hardware and software to determine whether it will achieve your desired goals. In hindsight, I should have purchased Windows from my local Micro Center, which permits returns when hardware and software do not achieve the overall business solution

By the way, Nuance, which makes Dragon, accepted immediate return with no questions asked: $755.09

Bought a Windows 10 key to upgrade my 8.1 pc. Price was right, the upgrade was totally smooth.
Charles and Drake followed up by email to check everything was ok.
Website was easy to navigate, had no problem finding what I needed.

After an easy purchase and download I had problems due to Microsoft 365. The guys at MSofficestore were there with immediate support and was able to resolve the issue.

I had some issues with the install, mainly because I had an older version of Visio that I hadn't removed (should have read the instructions!)

Software licenses were easy to find and after purchase I received an email with instructions, links to downloads, and license keys. I purchased 3 products. After installation one failed to activate but Alex from support asked a few questions and then provided a new key to resolve the issue. I've used MSOfficeSTore before and will use them again.

Jason was quick to identify and resolve the issue. easy to work with and gave me the most optimal solution.

I was skeptical about allowing Alex to take over my computer because I was almost the victim of a scam with any desk. I caught and uninstalled it b4 damage could be done. I was desperate, my computer had been telling me since January that my Windows 8 was unsupported, but allowed me to work, etc. Not TADAY! I purchased Widows 10 and was stiffled in down loading it. I read and read and read but it was not clicking. I took a chance on Alex and he and the Microsoft Store got me straight. They downloaded, updated and cleaned up my computer when he took over. I m so grateful because I would have had to go into the office and I was not prepared to do so. Everything looks different with the upgrade, but I like it! Thanks Alex🙌🏾🙌🏾
