Great help
It was a little frustrating at first but I contribute that to my ignorance. In the end, Charles was patient with me and got everything in working order.
I have been scammed by this company and don't want the same thing to happen to you.
In good faith I purchased a Windows10 upgrade. Using all the information and following all the instructions provided, the download commenced. Five hours later the download failed before advising that there was 13 days download time to go. I contacted my service provider who advised that because I was still only a wireless internet subscriber, this program would not function effectively. When I advised the company of this requesting a refund, I received a very patronising email response letting me know that they do not refund based on internet speed restrictions. So I have paid $125AUD for absolutely nothing. I feel very sorry for organisations who need to take advantage of innocent consumers in order to stay viable. Very disappointed and would never recommend anybody purchasing from this company. As I have stated, I have paid $125AUD for absolutely nothing. Regrettably I am not in a position to let this go and am seeking further advice.

Alex was responsive and answered my questions with a fix as fast as was possible. I messaged him about my issue regarding the activation of my Windows 11 Pro and within 4 minutes of opening the dialogue and verification I was squared away.

Because of a conflict with something on my PC. Probably Office 365 which I really didn`t want to subscribe to I needed a lot of support. Drake spent a lot of time trying to sort it out. In the end I reset the PC completely and it did the trick, but that takes nothing away from the support I received
I very good experience
I was at first doubtful when I saw the advert in Facebook, however, I needed Windows 11 Pro install media and the price was very good. So I followed through, and was really happy to find the process easy and friendly to purchase. I have been very wary of such offers, but MSofficestore is genuine.

Charles halped to calm me down. Helped me to get the right product after me purchasing the wrong one. He even helped me to set it up with all the correct links. He was patient with me and stayed with me to make sure that I was up and running before ending the chat. Wow. What an amazing experience. He is worth his weight in gold. I can't say thank you enough. And to top it all off.... He left me with a huge smile.

I was running Windows 8 and needed to upgrade but nothing was "Compatible" with my PC.
I purchased a digital download of Windows 11 through Microsoft (MS). Low and behold still didn't work.
I contacted MS Office store through an email link in hopes for a refund. This link directed me to the Tech Lounge, a free service, and I'm very grateful.
I started a "chat" with Charles first asking for a refund. Instead of saying too bad or tuff luck Charles took the time asking questions, offering his help, allowing me to send him email photos of my PC's system to detect the problem(s) and keeping in touch through email or the chat during the entire process, Charles was very helpful.
Charles directed me to a site which could be used "Free" for 3 days(I cancelled without a problem) thus allowing him remote access which I was happy to do. From there Charles took over and I was truly impressed watching him remotely do things on my PC, which I'm sure are basic for he and others, but in no way for me!!
Charles, as he said over the chat, was able to install Windows 10 which then allowed me to easily upgrade to Windows 11 without any issues, at no additional cost. The entire process took over an hour and when it was done was lost and Charles was still available via email to ask questions. So, I want to give the Tech Lounge, mainly Charles, a BIG GREATFUL THANK YOU!!!

When I connected to the support chat a lovely gentleman by the name of Charles offered to help. I was so fed up with the system and my internet....I was irritated and frustrated but he was kind and patient. He talked me through everything and was available for the next few days to help me get sorted. In South Africa our loadshedding creates so many issues with connectivity so when I finally had better connection he was still there. When I now did not know what to do because it appeared things were half downloaded...the minute I asked he jumped onto my system and sorted it all out. He constantly kept me updated and asked what was happening my side. A real lifesaver. I am technically challenged and he make it easy despite my challenges this side.
