Easy access to and use of website to download an update to Windows 10 for an older computer. Download and installation takes a while but program now working absolutely fine. Friendly email from Charles at Customer Support offering any technical assistance required, though not currently necessary.
All worked well.

The whole process could not have been easier! Selected the product, paid via Paypal and a minute later, the Windows 11 Pro product key arrived via email: I entered it into Windows 11 Home and 10 minutes later, Windows 11 Pro was up & running.

Ordered a Win10 Pro version due to an MS update causing endless problems with my Win10 Pro version I was running and unable to find my product key. Order process very simple. Paid for and received email with product code within minutes. Had initial issue creating a bootable USB as one of the issues caused by the MS update was losing all internet access. Contacted Drake via online chat who sent a link for the Win10 download to be created on USB stick. Whole process was very simple. Would highly recommend and would use again if required.

I recently purchased Windows 10 Home Edition from MS Office Store to enable me to upgrade my Windows 7 laptop to Windows 10. The email from them, following purchase, included instructions on how to download the ISO file and how to perform the upgrade. I had a few questions concerning the procedure and received very helpful advice from Charles at MS Store. I was able to carryout the upgrade successfully including carrying across all my files and programs, and now my laptop is running under Windows 10 with no issues. The service from MS Office Store was excellent.

I purchased Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft Store. In fact, I purchased it for my new desktop for which order was not finalized. It took 30 days to finalize order. Windows10 Pro was successfully installed on my new desktop.

At first I was feeling a bit skeptical as to whether to buy Windows 11 pro or not. But I gave it a shot. What can I say! The service delivered by Alex was amazing. There was a slight issue with my code but Alex literally rescued me and saved the night. He kept me updated very frequently. Alex you are a star and an asset to the company. I'd been considering purchasing VISIO for several months, to aid with producing simplified drawings in WORD based technical reports, and resulting from an online search found that MS Office Store were offering the one off purchase of VISIO 2021 Professional at a significant discount.
Being a bit of a sceptic for an online offer with such a large discount I wasn't that confident that it was genuine, but much to my surprise the purchase, software download, and programme installation went without a hitch. The instructions supplied were clear and easy to follow.
Roughly a week later I was emailed by Charles from the MS Office Store support team, checking that everything with the purchase and installation had gone well, and also supplying contact details if there were any problems.
Thankfully there has not been any issues to deal with.
From my experience I am happy to recommend this company for MS software purchases, and would use them again in the future.
