Great customer support - and dimmer lights and switches.
Great customer support. I only had one replacement switch and dimmer, and they went out of their way to help me find the right item, and I got it in 2 days. I highly recommend Soho Lighting for both the products and service.

I booked the next day delivery service…
I booked the next day delivery service and it arrived on time. However, the packaging inside the box was badly damaged. The protective plastic covering around the light had been ripped open and the polystyrene was in bits, sticking to everything. I had to vacuum the light to get it all off. Thankfully the light wasn't damaged but I was less than impressed.

Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're pleased to hear that your order arrived on time and that the light itself was not damaged. However, we are sorry to learn about the condition of the internal packaging on arrival. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss this further and look into what may have happened with the packaging. Kind Regards, Soho Lighting.
