Lamentablemente sol.casino no cumple¡¡ realice un deposito el cual no se vio reflejado en mi cuenta de casino, pero si se me descontó de mi cuenta bancaria.. ejecutivos dicen que ello se solucionará pero pasan los días y ello no ocurre¡¡¡ Lamentable

The worst experience of my life. I had a bonus I wagered through my bonus 100 times over. Tried to withdraw some money which was not bonus money. They said it would take up to 72 hours. Then they decided I can't take my money without putting more money on. Talk about a scam and a half. I really suggest anyone who decides to use this casino should go else where.

A la hora de retirar el dinero si has ganado mucho te dicen que te has saltado los terminos y condiciones, te bloquean la cuenta unos 10 dias y te devuelven el dinero ingresado.

Deposit 1.5k euro total and never even had a chance to get 50euro profit, went straight down, even when i played "boosted rtp" games, i deposit 200 and 3min later i had 1 win on 100 spins, just a disgrace..

Hard to complain really been playing SOL for a month and my account is in the green. Duplicate accounts then sol casino operator change the second account to the main account knowing that under section 5.5.1 5.5.2 even if that account wasnt operating they changed it to make 2nd account the main account knowing thatut breaches the website policy and say that because it was active they would closed first account to make 2nd account the main account then i was told to email complaints @ galaktikanv . com as nature habit was kicking in

It's rigged to the nines, you'll never win. The blackjack is the worst game possible dealer will always hit 20/21/blackjack. You will get ruined.

Also the fact I've self excluded myself many times & I'm still allowed to open an account is a joke, they don't care about customers or mental health or what gambling does to you. They just care about your money.

Won my first bets 2 bets for about 2k, immediately limited to 10 cents. Asked for a bunch of documents when I tried to withdraw (which i submitted) and now they are claiming that "According to the rules of our site, payment can be delayed for the period necessary for verification. There is no time limit, the approximate verification time is 31 days." Even if I do end up getting paid which i doubt, would very much STAY AWAY.

I won a bet but they told me it wasn't valid because the payout can't be greater than the bonus.
I won bet 45 e but they told me that the bet cannot be higher than the bonus and therefore it is not valid. and now I have 0 on my balance even though I won the sports tickets. this is ridiculous !

Habe in einem Tag 8000€ verloren. Ich habe anfangs mit einem € gespielt und nichts wirklich nichts gewonnen. Habe zwischendurch auf 6€ gespielt und ein einziges mal ein Freispiel bekommen höchstgewinn 200€. Ich weiß das es Glücksspiel ist und das man mehr verliert als gewinnt aber wenn bei 8k nichts kommt wirklich rein gar nichts kann was nicht stimmen. Keine freispiele nichts ich habe sicher 20 verschiedene spiele probiert nichts gekommen… wenn freispiele gekommen sind dann waren das 50€ gewinne… das auf 2-4€ einsätzen… ein witz… spart euer geld… 8k weg ich kann es nicht glauben… nie wieder dieses casino.

I 1st deposited to get free spins. I did the wager requirement..made 200..tried to cash out but no help. I'm verified so I played more and won more so am waiting for my withdrawl. Still no suppost chat..now I see a message saying I have a duplicate account...no..yesterday there was major issues with the casino platform. It kept kicking me out everytime I changed games so I changed my password like 10 times...I'd have to re sign in and press forget password.
