Worst support system out of any crypto casino, and it's impossible to get in contact with a real person. They just send copy-paste answers with no logic behind them.

I wanted to promote their affiliate program, but clearly dodged a bullet here.

I registered at this casino in the summer of 2025 and used it regularly for sports betting. Like any player, I had both winning and losing periods.

In September 2025, my account was suddenly frozen. I completed the requested verification process on September 16, 2025, and was told to wait for the review results.

Today, it has been 10 months, and my account is still frozen. Despite providing all requested documents and fully cooperating with the verification process, I have received no resolution and no clear explanation for this extremely long delay.

In my opinion, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Keeping a verified account frozen for 10 months while holding a customer's funds raises serious concerns about the company's practices.

I strongly advise other players to think carefully before depositing money here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino.

Deposited around 30 SOL in July 2025, played slots, requested withdrawal. Account got locked and I was asked to complete KYC. Did everything — ID, proof of address, liveness check — all approved. Platform itself shows my verification as complete.

That was 10 months ago. Since then, every time I contact support I get the same copy-paste response: "under review, we will let you know." No timeline, no explanation, no specific document requested. I've offered to provide source-of-funds documentation more than 20 times. Every offer ignored.

Not a scam, really helpful support, when i didnt recieved my deposit, one guy from support messaged me about 2 weeks later and said that he is sorry for the delay and as an compensation, he gave me 100$ freebet on sports, that evening i withdrawed 500$, also i won raffle now for 1000$ so thanks for that! Their withdrawals are legit. The problem is..you won’t win to withdrawal. No fixed RTP at this garbage pit. They control RTP on the whole site. They open it up for a few minutes then tank it to almost zero. It’s all psychologically designed to make you deposit more money. You can watch the bet history and get a good idea of how they roll. They are the only site I have personally seen that does not display Pragmatics RTP. Most Hacksaw games play at 94% and as low as 92% on wanted. I won $1,500 on solcasino.io and wanted to withdraw some of the funds. But instead of allowing the withdrawal, they blocked my account and requested verification. I uploaded all the necessary documents, but they still haven't unblocked my account.
Later, they told me that the verification would take up to 30 days.
On July 30, 28 days after passing verification, I was assigned to undergo verification again, and they also claimed that they had not received the documents I sent on July 2, although they had previously told me that the documents were being verified.
I don't know why they started lying to me.
The system marked all documents with a check mark, but for some reason the verification was not completed.
Another 38 days have passed since the re-verification, but nothing has changed. They won't tell me how long the verification will take, they don't want to check the documents and unblock my account and return my money.
