I’m writing this to denunciate abuse on the behalf of Solcasino, wrongfully accusing me of violating ToS and that won’t give me any money back after banning my account.

I deposited around 2500$ (8 Solana) at the beginning of November on Solcasino to do some sports betting and won around 7000$ in a few days. After these wins, my balance was around 31 Solana and my account got limited to 1$ max bet very quickly afterwards.

Not being able to bet there anymore, I first tried to withdraw 5 Solana and the withdrawal worked fine without any issue. The next day, which was November 13th so you have a sort of time frame for what’s to come next, I got asked to complete KYC, which I did.

Within the next few hours, everything on my account was locked and a popup window told me I had to contact the support. I tried to reach out to them for days, but they would never reply to me.

I finally managed to talk to the support on discord on the 22nd of November, and they told me that my account was under review and that they would issue a final decision on the 30th of November regarding what would happen to my account and my money. In the meantime I told them that I was ready to have a video call to do further verification as it’s written on their website. On the 27th, which was 3 days before the official verdict, the live support person tells me that I may only get my initial deposits back and not my winnings, which is obviously pure robbery.

The message I received as a verdict regarding my account on November 30th was simply that I violated ToS (which I obviously didn’t, I just won a lot getting lucky in a short amount of time) and that they will not tell me how they found it, because there is no violation.

I even offered on several occasions to do further verification, none of which were even acknowledged. The fact that the live support person I was talking to, was mentioning account closure and initial deposit withdrawals on multiple occasions before a verdict was even reached, is pretty clearly indicating a lack of objectivity in the process.

As of now I have to wait until December 30th to see what I can withdraw, without being sure of what I will actually be able to do. It creates a lot of stress as there is a lot of money on the line and that Solcasino doesn’t care about its customers at all. I heavily encourage anyone creating an account here to close it as fast as they can to avoid receiving the same treatment as I did.

Have been waiting over 2 weeks for my KYC meanwhile my account with approximately 7k is locked with little contact from support. Will update to a 3 if I get paid out and 1 if they stiff me.

Update: Stiffing me for the winnings claiming I violated TOS which I guarantee I didint. Will not offer a reason why they are confiscating my funds... Just a pure scam. AVOID.

Stay away from this gambling website

It's rigged to the nines, you'll never win. The blackjack is the worst game possible dealer will always hit 20/21/blackjack. You will get ruined.

Also the fact I've self excluded myself many times & I'm still allowed to open an account is a joke, they don't care about customers or mental health or what gambling does to you. They just care about your money.

I was an early investor in Solcasino. I purchased several NFTs for the site and staked them for months. I gambled on the site and won many times. Then one day i won a large jackpot... I withdrew some of the winnings on two separate occasions. (remember... all withdrawals are verified before they are released.) a few days later my account was disabled. I contacted them to find out why and they said my win was a "glitch" and That I had to pay back the money I had withdrawn. I was called a thief. I was threatened... then when I refused to return my winning... they banned me from the site and Discord. Now... I would not have cared about this, but My NFTs and My SCS (the casino's local token) were still in staking... on the website they had kicked me off. Those 6 NFTs and SCS are worth roughly 25k. they have no right to steal my property. I paid for them and They are mine. they have ignored my attempts to contact them and My lawyer tells me that my chance of getting them back "legally" would cost me more than they are worth. Be careful if you use this Casino to gamble. they will not honor their wins.

Huuuge Scam

I was a somewhat regular player on solcasino, always lost, as is expected.

However this sunday I was playing evolution's Deal or No Deal and managed to turn 35 Euros to 180 Euros, and then suddenly my 180 euros dissappeared they charged them as two 90 Euro transactions on the game (which I didn't do I was not even playing that point), and after contacting support they said the devs will review my complaint but they never got back to me

Never had a problem withdrawing here, never KYC'd my account or voided any bets unfairly. Withdraws are sent within 24 hrs but usually within the same hour, offering is good.

Site is now a betby clone, limits are applied way faster. So lowered from 5 stars to 3 stars.

just a really bad site to play, I would pick somewhere else.

its a scam, you will win the first time playing on your first deposit after that they will suck you dry, look at there wallet and the steady growth through dappradar, that shows the the casino is taking zero risk and is just taking ppl money, better yet just sit there and look at the bet section live you can watch it for hours and you will see they do not pay out on anything! stay away unless you like losing money then you will love this place.

Hello! Played on this site for 4 days, everything was great! But then, when withdrawing funds, my account was blocked and offered to go through verification. All is well with my documents. But at the end, the verification did not pass, they wrote to me that I passed it from a different profile. But, the fact is that I have never played on this site before. I played on another site (betero), and successfully verified on the sumsub site. I wrote to support but they can't help me. They ignore me.
