Удобно: хорошее отображение этапов работы, оперативные консультации, вывод средств с выбором валюты.

It is not at all convenient to transfer money out. There are only two options: the card and Webmoney, which has been dead for a very long time. We need new methods. There are Payeer, Payoneer, Advanced Cach, Binance and many others. But there are no options here and that is very unfortunate. Uncomfortable. It's time to evolve but nothing has changed for many years.

It would be more helpful if there were a way to directly withdraw our funds paid in USD, to some USD channel instead of Wise-Euro being the only option. We lose a lot to Solar Staff's conversion rate this way.

This could be due to language barrier, but the team's customer service can sometimes be passive aggressive in their responses, while offering invalid feedbacks. It has not been pleasant trying to work out the USD or bank transfer issues with them.

Everyone I have communicated with at Solar Staff has been professional and friendly. Whenever there have been issues, they have worked with me to resolve them, and generally, they are proactive about ensuring that things are working as-expected. Service has only improved my client began using their services.

The payments are very slow, it takes up to 6 days

Support has always worked great. But it is worth working on personal data, I have encountered problems in changing the country and legal data

Would be great to have possibility to enter result currency in converting transfer. For example I have 100 eur, and I want to send exactly 50 usd. Now I have to try enter right amount in eur and adjust it to get exactly 50 usd

Payments are done to my card in Panama in less than 3 business days, so the experience has been great so far.

Solar Staff is very easy to set up and use. Also trust wordy. I have been using solar staff more than a year and Im very happy.

In general, SolarStaff is OK, but I would like to see other withdrawal options. In my opinion, it will be great if you add cryptocurrency as an option for withdrawal.
