Received my ring and it exceeded all my expectations! Stunning! Unfortunately after wearing it for a couple of days one of the side diamonds fell out. I was not only thrilled but amazed when after contacting customer service they said they were immediately sending a whole new ring! They said to keep the one I had just gotten for free! No hassle with returns and I should receive my new ring in about a week. Excellent customer service.

There was a mistake with my original order. I received a silver ring instead of rose gold one. I contacted customer service… They immediately offered a solution to the problem. The customer service rep kept in contact with me the whole time from start to finish. I was offered a free replacement and was directed to keep the product I originally received to gift out to someone else… AMAZING!!! No Memberships: We specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order engagement rings using high-quality moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and solid gold. We do not operate any membership or subscription programs.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: As an eco-conscious brand, we strictly use biodegradable paper padding for all our shipments. We absolutely never use plastic bubble wrap.
It appears you likely purchased from a similarly named subscription-based website. We occasionally see this mix-up occur due to the similar brand names. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and materials, and we do not sell "cheap quality" pieces.

This is my second purchase with SolariiJewelry and I am here to say there is not one negative thing to say. I had a vision in my head for a custom ring. They brought that vision to life. What a pleasure it has been to do business with this company: they have gone above and beyond for me. Even when the order was my mistake in choosing a ring size with a wide band which made it seem a little tight they were more than helpful in remaking the rings to a 6.5 vs 6 just to make sure we were happy with it.
