Both the crew members were professional and quick. They did arrive a little late than they said but it was due to heavy traffic so its totally understandable. They accomodated a few extra things that we decided to send as well. Overall hassle free move so far. Hopefully the second leg of the move goes smoothly as well.

Right from getting a quote to our removals being picked up, the service provided by each and every person was efficiently handled and very helpful at every step.
They provide quotes on a portal so you can log on and retrieve it anytime without losing it in the email trails. The advice they give is honest and helpful. The account manager is very knowledgeable about insurance and can guide you through it easily. Everything requested from us was straightforward and any questions were answered in a timely manner.
The packing team arrived and although we had our boxes packed, they took an inventory and sealed the boxes. Nothing was too much effort for them and they were very happy to help.
I have another shipment to make in the near future and will definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend them to others.
Moving house is stressful and moving house overseas is another level of stress but they have made it so seamless.

Incredibly patient and helpful with all the enquiries I sent. Made everything as straightforward and plain sailing as possible. Richard and the team were amazing and in constant comms as we progressed through the steps from accepting the contract to the shipment being loaded and on its way. Can’t thank them enough!

The team are professional, they are considerate of your needs during packing to minimise the disruption, even with our two large German shepherds.

We had a lovely crew, who were helpful, professional and above all, fast! Honestly I don't know how they managed to shift so much so quickly while still making sure everything was carefully handled and packed. I guess the years of experience the guys had must have helped. Good job!

So far so good - all 3 of the packing crew were great. They communicated effectively throughout the pack-up and my husband was able to work from home throughout with little disruption. Fingers crossed everything now arrives safe and sound at the other end.

We contacted a number of companies to discuss the shipment of a number of boxes to Australia. John and Richard at Solaris were, by far, the easiest to deal with. Their customer service was second to none. They kept in touch, were most helpful and arranged everything.
