Mark and Martin were excellent crew shippers. They were so quick, efficient and packed things carefully. They also were able to give me the correct amount of storage estimated space that would reach under 200 cubic feet. They were kind and polite and even said I could add a few extra bits that would still fit my 200 cubic feet space. Thanks for your great work!

Solaris provided expert knowledge and support for my international move. James was very patient on the phone, answering all my queries and sending me email updates. The drivers loaded everything in a logistically clear manner. Two days later the goods arrived to destination. Drivers unloaded everything and positioned things as requested. An excellent door-to-door service throughout.

Solaris's packing crew did a fantastic job. Very professional, courteous and friendly. They were meticulous and careful in handling and packing our shipping items. They just got on with their work. There was no hurry, took time to ensure no damage happened to the items and our home. Thank you Antony, Steve and Lee! You guys were very helpful and nice.

Really appreciate the support and quick package

I honestly can't put into words how helpful they were. I called in the morning as my son had been in hospital over night and I hadn't been able to get to bed until the early hours. They gave me an accurate arrival time rather than the 2 hour window so I was able to get a bit more rest before their arrival. Mark and Martin then arrived and made everything so easy! it was stress free and they were really friendly and helpful with packing everything safely!

Moved from Europe to Middle East. Both the selected sub-contractors in the departure country and arrival country were professional an on-time. Professional service, short response times and flexibility.

We recently used Solaris Relocations to move our goods from London to Bahrain and I have nothing but love for this company! From the moment I called to enquire (and the excellent sales service is what made me sign up), to the highly efficient and careful packing, and of course the competitive pricing - every step with Solaris was seamless. There was a slight hiccup along the way (not with Solaris but with their Middle East partner) and even then Solaris was quick to jump in and respond and help. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them!

I was terrified of sending of sending all my worldly goods from the UK to the US. My local remover took and stored it in Sussex, Solaris collected it from there where it took a long journey to New York where it was passed to Flat Rate who then transported it to Indiana. I was expecting it to take 12-16 weeks, it took 7. My local removers said the Solaris guys were extremely professional and lovely as I couldn’t be there to see them load up. The two guys who delivered from Flat Rate were according to my husband who met them at our U Haul unit absolutely wonderful.
I had a lot of breakable items, glassware, mirrors, paintings, furniture. I’m very good at packing as I’ve moved a lot, but everything was also export wrapped very well. After 9 months we finally got it out of storage, everything was there, just one small metal table got broken and it was old and wobbly to begin with. I’ve been highly delighted by the service from both despite reservations and nervousness from reading some negative reviews (there will always be some). I had 600 cubic feet’s worth of stuff and the price I thought was extremely reasonable. They also gave good advice and help with the customs forms which is a worry if you haven’t done this before. I would definitely recommend them.

We recommend Solaris highly to anyone considering their services. Everything was explained to us clearly and the quote matched the actual price we paid on collection. Mark and Martin arrived promptly and were very calm and professional, they took great care packing all our belongings and furniture. International relocations are stressful, regardless of Solaris great work to reduce this, so it helps to have everything clean and organised to reduce stress on the day and the risk of something getting packed that you might need. Looking forward to being re-united with our belongings in NZ soon!

The moving crew were great, very quick but careful with our things. Everything was wrapped well.
We haven't received our things yet, but so far the experience has been excellent.

Really disorganized and poor customer service. Not worth the headache. They were unable to schedule my move correctly on the departure side - I had things lined up based around the strict window they gave me. Day of, I never heard from the movers. When I called the company they informed me the movers would arrive outside of the scheduled timeframe. When the movers did arrive they told me the company had never informed them with a timeframe. Very disorganized and poorly run all around. I experienced similar issues on the arrival side. They could not schedule the drop off of my items and kept changing times and not filling out required paperwork. I then would not get any communication from the company when they were rescheduling. It's really not worth it to use this company, go to a competitor who is well organized even if it costs more.

The actual crew doing the moving did an amazing job though!

Yesterday was our move, Martin and Freddy-moving crew(I hope I got their names right) did a wonderful job! They were very professional, efficient and respectful, their arrival was on time and made this process very easy.

To date, my experience with the various Solaris Relocation team members, from initial contact to discussing and arranging the collection of my items, has been professional, efficient, and positive experience.

I initially spoke with a member of the sales/estimations team (Chloe), who was very knowledgeable and professional in answering my initial queries and explaining the overall process.

I was then introduced to my 'removal manager' (Richard), who'd be my primary contact going forward for any queries, assisting in completing and issuing the required forms and arranging the collection of my items. Again, Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in taking me through the necessary steps, forms, and processes.

The last team members were the cheerful, helpful, and efficient 'packing team' (Mark and Martin), who came, surveyed the items, and put my mind at ease as they quickly and efficiently packed and loaded all my items for transporting and processing at Solaris' warehouse for the next part of the process (journey).

I look forward to working with the Solaris team in the next part of my items being transported and delivered to the other side of the world.
