The service from Solaris has been exceptional so far. From first contact and quotes with Chloe, then Courtney taking over as Move Manager, all my queries have been answered promptly and I’ve been left feeling reassured. The packing crew Richard, Louis, and Cayden did an exceptional job on the day. Very polite, courteous, and friendly lads who couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. They worked really hard to get everything packed up and shipped off in good time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I thought the 2 men crew were very efficient. Though on the 4th floor with a lift, it did not phase them. Most of things were boxed. The things that were not boxed they boxed up for us.

Susan from Solaris arranged everything from customs to delivery. Restrictions on unloading is a challenge where I live. However, she found a solution and made delivery possible. A lovely lady who always answered emails and phone calls. With the distance it could have been fraught with all kinds of issues but Solaris proved to be experts.

Great crew, came on time and did the job professionally.
Worked around and solved any problems.

My son chose Solaris Relocations to move his valued possessions that we had stored for him to his new home in Australia. This included some heavy music gear and fragile instruments but no large items so only one person was needed for the move.
J Goodyer arrived at the stated time and started by taking off his shoes (even though we said he didn't need to) to protect our carpets.
He was polite, fast and efficient packing everything and very strong, being able to carry the bubble wrapped items to his van.
I would not hesitate to recommend Solaris for their service collecting these goods.

From Notts in the UK to North East Thailand.. an important archive of about 500kg of video masters and some bits.
The BEST surprise was the whole $100 I had to pay customs.. we usually expect to feel some pain here but Solaris team in Bangkok = perfecto.

Solaris relocations were very professional from start to finish, our container went through the shipping, customs and delivery smoothly, our goods arrived packed and in perfect condition.

Solaris made the move from the UK to Australia pain free. From the off, they came back with a competitive quote and delivered on it from there. Hugely helpful team throughout who clearly guided us both in the office and packing on site. Clear timeframes, tracking and connection with the ground crew on the other end. Couldn't be happier with how everything went.

This included the excellent packing and their partner company's unpacking teams and receiving teams at the customs and docks in Bangkok. Great, seamless process so far with Solaris. From the initial call with John to the packing crew - Lee and Ant everything has been efficient and smooth. They answered all queries and packing was done in less time than expected. Courtney has also been a great support with the move. Solaris have definitely taken some of the stress away of relocating to another country. I trust the shipment and unpacking on the other side will be just as smooth.
