Chloe was great on the inital liaison, accommodating a change of requirement and working with us flexibly on requirements, responding quickly to messages at all hours and at weekends. Mark, Martin and Jon were superb on the packing. Fast, efficient, careful, extremely polite and always so positive at a time which can be stressful. I can't recommend this team enough based on our experience. PS Mark even remembered it was my wife's birthday.

Honestly, I searched high and low for my relocation company and received many quotes. SOLARIS were by far the most competitive, whilst still having the best reviews. Considering all the back and forth queries about things that I can and can not ship, my contact Chloe was always quick to reply and answered my queries. Once that was all finalised, I was moved over to Courtney who was as helpful and we arranged the moving date. The proof in the pudding that I had made the right choice was when the SOLARIS crew turned up to package all my 'valuables' - their speed, efficiency and care were incredible !!!! I honestly couldn't believe how hard working, professional and friendly the guys were. SOLARIS really have been ACE from day 1 and so far every engagement has been 5 star. It's made something, like an international relocation, so much less stressful ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have only had the collection of the goods so far, but so far so Good. John and the crew who collected on Friday 28th March were quick, professional and did a great job at packing. Really thankful. The comms from the team have also been great thus far. Fingers crossed all goes well with shipping and on the other end!

Goods shipped from London to the UAE. I packed the items in boxes myself while Solaris packed the furniture. There were lots of fragile items in the boxes I packed myself but as I packed these properly only three small items were damaged. All and I mean all of the furniture Solaris packed were badly damaged. They wrapped the furniture in brown paper with no padding or bubble wrap. How on earth do you protect marble and vintage wooden furniture in brown paper for shipping?! The marble on two items of furniture were badly chipped, one of the legs of my desk was broken clean off so was the leg on a chest of drawers and all of the other furniture were chipped and badly scratched. I cried when my furniture was delivered. From my experience, I cannot recommend Solaris. I am not sure if the damage happened with Solaris or with their local partner, Interem Relocations, but with how the items were packed for shipping, I’m not surprised with the damage that happened. Unfortunately, I was working while they were doing the packing so I didn’t notice how the furniture was packaged and they assured me that they were professionals, which I trusted. I wish I never used them as thousands of pounds worth of furniture has been badly damaged.

Courtney & Chloe were positive & responsive as my initial points of contact in the back office. I wasn't present when the movers arrived to collect the shipment, but the feedback I was given was they were professional and got the job completed quickly.
