I wanted to say a huge thank you. You have all been an absolute pleasure to deal with , right from the start with Chloe and then Courtney dealing with it from there. The major Kudos goes to Mark and Martin and your packing team. Mark and Martin are the nicest , most efficient and above all excellent at their jobs. Ok, well Martin packed all the coffee so we couldn't have coffee for 3 days! I think I lucked out when I got the two of them as my team , they are a credit to your company. Even when I dropped off my car yesterday , Scott kindly gave me a lift to the station. I hope the container arrives safely and the onward team is as good.

We booked with Solaris for our move from the UK back to Australia. The two packing crew members were utterly fantastic (apologies I forget their names). They took great care with our belongings, and were quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

So far have had an amazing experience. Courtney has been incredibly organised and very responsive to emails I have sent throughout the process. The packing crew, were fabulous. Took great care of my belongings and ensured the house was tidy after. They were incredibly efficient and friendly.

Entire experience has so far been top notch. From booking the move with Sam, to coordinating the date and process with Richard and then the experience on the day with Tom and James. Everything has been seamless at such a competitive price. We had a bit of anxiety ahead of the packing date, but Tom and James made it such a smooth sailing with their smiling friendly attitude and a professional attitude. Their packing process was thorough and with lots of care and professional attitude. Highly recommend

Billy, Blake and John came to pack my home ready for the big move.. I was a little apprehensive about what they would be like and how they would pack my belongings … however all 3 introduced themselves and shook my hand.. something which never happens anymore!! Completely professional through the process, took care and packed my belongings better than I would have! Happy to answer all of my stupid questions and we’re extremely helpful!! John was fantastic with the garage.. I’m petrified of spiders and he ensured that everything was wrapped and put in boxes and ensured there would be no surprises at the end!! 😂

All 3 are a credit to your team!! Smooth process, they made it so much easier than I thought it was going to be so thank you!! Please pass this message on!!!

Recently I needed to get quotes for an oversea move. Although I went with another company, Chloe from Solaris Relocations was very helpful all the way.

Amazing service from Martin and Nelly. They worked tirelessly to move us through the day and we are truly grateful for the service they provided.

Moved from Brighton to Paris on a partial load, the pickup lasted a day and we received everything maybe 5 - 6 days later (most of the delay was due to customs). Everyone was very responsive and professional, the movers were great and the delivery was swift.
Also, was one of the cheaper quotes we received with such a complete service.
Highly recommend!

The packing crew, Alan and Ricky and Newell, worked diligently in spite of the heat and the blistering drive to get to my home. They were careful, quick, reassuring, and entertaining.
The office crew were very responsive and also very reassuring.

Adam and Dodge were brilliant from start to finish. They introduced themselves straight away and made you feel at ease. They worked tirelessly on a very hot day. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend these packers.

Lee, Tony & Steve were absolutely exceptional, they collected all items swiftly and professionally. I felt truly comforted by their services. We are still waiting of course for our items to safely and timely arrive to destination, but we have been provided with tracking and are being updated at all times about where our items are, which is making us feel at ease. Great experience so far!

Got a competitive quote, they gave a one-hour arrival window and kept to it. Packing crew handled everything and the whole process went smoothly.
