A massive thank you to Craig and Ruben at Solaris. Their attention to detail and meticulous packing were fantastic, every item arrived in perfect condition. We’re so happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

THis is a bit overdue but we relocated from Asia and solaris were the UK partner with the Asian company. Solaris were great, provided all the import information, kept me updated on arrivals and customs clearance and delivered everythign on time. The drivers were really good and helpful put everything where i wanted it and did so carefully.

No issues at all and would highly recommend them. I canot remember the exact date but was around Feb when the relocation was completed

The whole process from initial contact to the day of packing and shipping was smooth. Great communication. Arrived on time and ensured that our belongings were securely packed for our international move.
The price couldn't be beaten, either!

I had some things sent over from the UK to NZ, nothing worth too much money but holding big sentimental value. I wasn’t there when the packers turned up and so had no idea what it would look like when it arrived in NZ. Everything has just turned up and the fragile products were all individually wrapped with great care and attention. Not a single glass or plate was broken. Everything in perfect order. Courtney has been a pleasure to deal with throughout explaining how long I could expect the process from the ship arriving in nz to it being out for local delivery would take.

Would recommend to anyone looking to freight, would use again but now I’ve got everything here!

Kenny and his partner were amazing. They are a fantastic team and just set too . Their removal vehicle was not ideal as it had such low clearance but they took everything in their stride. A pleasure to have as removers in every way

The two men (Bran and Chris) who came to collect my goods, and pack a few items too, were brilliant.

Great service! Movers were on time & worked so hard! Jason & Mitch were both so professional & did a great job of packing & moving us from our lower ground floor which came with some challenges!!

Fantastic experience with Solaris in the collection and packing of all our items. The customer service team were communicative and detailed in providing the quotes, and the moving team led by Ricky and Keith were brilliant on the day. They were professional, friendly and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move internationally.

Chuffed with the service from Solaris. What you would assume is a complex process for overseas they really simplified for us. Mark and Martin who were our packers on the day were the dream team. They packed so efficiently in half the time and you can tell they’ve been part of the team for a long time as were so skilled and new the best ways to save space. Thanks a lot really appreciate that being made so easy and a stressful time.

From the start, working with Solaris was so easy. Efficient and helpful at every step. Courtney in the office was incredibly helpful providing boxes ahead of time. The crew on the day were superb. On time, courteous, helpful and polite. Efficient and professional throughout the process.

The team was great, very collaborative, professional, explained every step of the way, took care of every part they packed, I 100% recommend this team to do your packing.

Good start to the service with quick and easy communication, and a generally straightforwards process. Once pickup was arranged and done, it took a little while for next steps but I believe that is normal for groupage shipping. There were some issues with the final delivery (some items missing) but after some back and forth, David (one of the directors) spent some time going through the issues, giving me a full update and offering a final resolution. Overall, the people I dealt with were helpful and honest.

The packing crew were simply awesome - professional, proactive, conscientious and had a good sense of humour with a good taste in music :) they just knew what they were doing and this was such a relief for us!!

Excellent service from start to finish

Richard and Reuben were brilliant - so efficient, understanding of the situation and helpful. Solaris have been great with communications and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. The team called the day before arrival and confirmed the time. The team turned up on team and were very efficient and careful with our family belongings. They went above and beyond by sorting disposal at the local tip on our behalf. This is the 2nd time i have personally used the Solaris team and highly recommend them for any moving services required. I know i will be booking Solaris again. Thank you

Great staff and professional

Solaris have been extremely flexible and accommodating with my changing travel plans. The pack up crew (Nelson and Shane) were great - friendly and so careful with my belongings. So far a smooth experience

Easy communication with office and delivery staff. Carefully, well packed items. Organised and number tagged packages and inventory list. Everything arrived undamaged. My container load went from Totnes, Devon to Tampa, Florida in the States. Solaris also assisted when one package was missing Stateside, even though everything was handed off by them. It was tracked and yes, my missing package was located in a U.S. warehouse and delivered about a week later. They treated the whole process from door-to-door as their responsibility. Thank you.
