Basically we received a pair of trainers that looked like they had been returned by someone else or to put it another way. Used, marks on them and clearly used underfoot/sole
I contacted them. They were apologetic and offered a further 15% off . No thanks. Wanted new ones! And was paying for new ones. Sent back. Returned and waiting on refund

I ordered two items on Saturday and paid an extra £9.95 for delivery next day. Im still waiting for the items and its the next week? ive emailed asking for an explanation and a refund of the £9.95..........NO REPLY>

My experience with Sole has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

I placed an order which never arrived. As the retailer, Sole was responsible for ensuring my order reached me or for resolving the issue promptly if it did not. Instead, I was left chasing for updates while the matter dragged on for weeks.

After reporting the missing parcel, a Royal Mail investigation was opened. Throughout the process I had to repeatedly contact Sole for updates because communication was poor and I was rarely kept informed. Rather than feeling like Sole was trying to resolve the issue, I felt like I was doing all the work.

When the matter still had not been resolved, I had no option but to raise a chargeback through my bank. This should have been a last resort, but Sole had failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.

The most concerning part came afterwards. Sole informed me that they had processed or accepted the chargeback. Naturally, I asked for proof. I requested written confirmation, a reference number, or any evidence showing the chargeback had been processed.

They refused to provide any proof.

At the same time, my bank was unable to confirm what Sole was telling me. I was receiving conflicting information from both sides, yet Sole continued to insist everything had been processed while refusing to provide any evidence to support their claims.

As I write this review, I still have not received my money back.

For a company to tell a customer that a refund or chargeback has been processed, while the customer has still not received the funds and no evidence is provided, is completely unacceptable. It has left me without my order, without my money, and without any confidence in what I have been told.

The handling of my complaint by the customer service manager, Sharmane, made matters worse. I found the communication dismissive and unhelpful. My questions were not answered properly, my request for proof was ignored, and there appeared to be little interest in bringing the matter to a fair conclusion.

This entire experience has been stressful and unnecessarily time consuming. A missing parcel should not take weeks of chasing, conflicting information and a chargeback dispute to resolve.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sole. If you order from them and something goes wrong, be prepared for poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a lengthy complaints process.

I am still waiting for my money.

Sole on Oxford Street on the hottest day of the year so far, great collection of trainers, but what made the difference was the really knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant!

Fantastic reception at the Oxford Street store. The gentleman stayed with me to offer information on every brand I looked at and was extremely courteous. Made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Got the shoes I wanted and had my size (11.5) in almost all the shoes I picked. Recommend highly

Paid for the fastest shipping because I was in a hurry. The DHL tracking number was invalid, the shipment was quietly switched to Royal Mail/Correios, and the parcel sat with no updates and no delivery estimate.

Multiple chats and emails led nowhere. Worst of all, after my first negative review, support asked me to delete it and wait!

I did, in good faith, and nothing was resolved. Paid extra for speed, received neither speed nor support. Would not recommend for now.

I had a great first experince with this company. I ordered a pair of Bape Sta trainers online which were mostly out of stock everywhere else. They arrived very promptly however I noticed a slight defect with the trainer. I contacted them and they were incredibly nice and helpful and offered a multitude of solutions to the issue. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and I shall certainly use this company again. Would reccomend.

Only place that had the trainer in stock in my size. There was a discount compared with others and i received them very quickly.

I had never dealt with this company before so I was a bit hesitant at first. But the process was straight forward and delivery extremely quick.
Very happy with the shoe and would definitely recommend both the company and the product.
