SolesWithHeart Reviews

The team at Soles With Heart always take the time to find shoes that are a perfect fit and in a style that my 8 year old approves of, and always with lots of smiles, making the whole experience pleasant and not a chore. The shoes always seem to last well aswell as they are good quality brands.

Fabulous local business. Excellent customer service, where staff always go out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and received exactly the right shoes ordered.

First class service with excellent choice and professional fitting

I’m sure my 3 year grand daughter will love this warm cosy dress - and now have sweet grey long sleeved top to match (and tights). Thank you.

Thank you for being so incredibly helpful

Fantastic service as per normal. Thank you! ☺

Absolutely fantastic service, patiently given to two pairs of perfectly imperfect feet!

Really fantastic quality shoes , service amazing Michelle has the patients of a saint , would not shop anywhere else for children's shoes .

The only place I trust to fit my children’s shoes properly

I recently bought my youngest daughter (1yr) her first pair of shoes. I also had my 3year old in tow.
A Very personal, and professional service.
Informed of a Father Christmas letter service which shop are facilitating.
I wish I could afford to shop in here more often.
I do sometimes look in store when sales advertised.
Otherwise I find it far too expensive.
A yearly treat for us.

Beautiful boots and arrived super quick. Very pleased with the online shopping experience.

Very helpful and friendly and good choice of shoes. Stress free shoe shopping.

Excellent service. Made to feel very welcome. Will alway buy school shoes here.
Great quality.

As usual a fantastic service! Thank you.

Visited last week to buy school shoes for my boys. As ever the service was fantastic, Michelle and the team go out of their way to help, (especially appreciated when you have a fussy teenager.) So much easier and more convenient than trecking into Maidstone or Bluewater for shoes! Great choice, fabulous service, good value for money and local.

Great stock, great and patient staff and great fit. Michelle always goes the extra mile even crossing the road to see if the podiatrist was there for us to consult when worried about my little ones toes. Spent a fortune, but three children going back to school means alot of shoes and there are always lots of alternatives to suit different budgets. Thanks

Two girls served by two lovely experts simultaneously. One diagnosed as needing extra support so not sold any shoes. Great range of shoes. This shop has never let me down.

Michelle and co. provide an excellent personal service. Wonderful choice of shoes, trainers and sandals. We keep going back for more which is a testament to their great fantastic buisness
