Both David Brzczniak & Bobby were really great. Both had a remarkable patience and willingness, even eagerness to help and explain.

David made it easier to make a decision on withdrawing from Solidarity because of our obtaining Medicare and Medicaid. The question was whether the discount was sufficient to stay on Solidarity. David went out of his way to help despite feeling under the weather.

Bobby walked me through a very unfriendly withdrawal form that needs more specific line by line instruction.

I will strongly recommend Solidarity for any person who is not eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.

Even though we never had to use Solidarity since our enrollment in September 2019, it was a wonderful opportunity to help others who needed medical care. You have a great program going of Christians helping Christians instead of a often impersonal government or corporate medical insurance bureaucracy.

Submitted claims for my diabetes meds three different refills and have not heard anything about any of them

Ida was wonderful! Supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars has nothing to do with her service but with the fact that I am missing two forms needed for my pre notification that I was previously unaware of. When I called shortly after finding out I was pregnant I was told I only needed to submit the pre notification form. Now I’m told I need clinical notes and a statement of pregnancy. I’m confused on how I was supposed to know this and frustrated that this now delays me in the process of trying to switch providers for my pregnancy.

Bobby stayed in there with me for well over an hour to solve my problem that no one else had solved. I pray it comes out as he says. He tolerated my extreme impatience with kindness. I have made several calls on this issue, and he FINALLY worked it for me. I appreciate so much that he was patient and understanding....and actually handled my issue!

The person who took my call was super friendly and informative. He put me at ease immediately, given my stressful medical and billing concerns.
I left the call feeling assured, safe and covered with all of my questions answered.

My personal experience with Solidarity. I was in an accident in May of 2022. I went to the emergency room and then to an orthopedic Dr. the following week followed up with surgery. The ER submitted the bill to Solidarity however my Dr. and surgery center would not submit the bill to Solidarity as they said they don't work with health share companies. Based on this information I was treated as if I did not have insurance and they based their fees on a cash basis. I had to submit my bills to Solidarity (total nightmare) and the only response I would get back from them was an email verifying that I had submitted it. In this email it specifically states the following:
"What happens when a need is submitted?
1. We verify that we have all of the information we need
2. If we do not have all of the information, we will contact you and/or your provider
3. Establish eligibility
4. Pay/reimburse your need"

Nearly every need I submitted needed additional information but Solidarity NEVER and I mean NEVER contacted me. All I would receive months later was an EOS (explanation of sharing) stating they need additional information to process the need. False advertising!!

Let's get to the financial part of it. I will use my actual bill I received from the ER. My ER bill was $10,052 and the EOS I received from Solidarity repriced it to $2,554 based on a pricing system they use called AMPS (Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions). I was pretty excited about this thinking I only owed the ER $2,554 - Wrong. I received a bill from the ER for the full amount so I called them and they said they do not contract with Solidarity therefore I am responsible for the entire bill. So here is where it gets interesting. Solidarity has something similar to a deductible so what they do is they take the AMPS amount and apply that towards your deductible in my case the deductible is $9,000. So based on the ER bill and how they reprice the medical expenses by using AMPS ($2554/$10052 = 25%) which only was 25% of my medical bill. I would have to have $36,000 in medical expenses just to reach my deductible with Solidarity - $36,000 @ 25% = $9,000 and keep in mind I would be responsible for the entire bill of $36,000 based on this scenario because the ER does not contract with Solidarity. In my case they will not share medical expenses unless I reach my deductible and the amount goes over it gets shared. So because my Dr., hospital and surgery center do not contract with Solidarity I am responsible for the entire amount. In my case Solidarity did not help my needs one bit but waste my time trying to figure out how their system works. Please notice the 5 stars are about customer service and the 1 stars are for lack of pay or slow pay. Do your homework before signing up with Solidarity.

I am not sure I signed up w/correct health share ministry! 6 months later and still most bills are left unpaid? Numerous phone calls to their support folks but no success...

David answered the phone and he made my day. Very pleasant, witty and helpful. He answered all my questions and I wish everybody could be like David! Have a blessed day😍

After going through all the enrollment process, I found out that the organization would not pay for anything related to a connective tissue condition that I have that could potentially cause about anything. A high percentage of the population has the same thing, but they or their doctors are just not as diligent to look for all conditions. And generally there is no need because it might not ever cause and problems and even if it did there would be no way of proving it. So that means that even though I don't have any more chance of having problems than most or many others in the population, I will still be excluded. Luckily for me, knowing that I may have this condition means I know what to do to prevent many future problems, so I feel I am going to be better off than most and at age 55, this proves to be true. So, I signed up with CHM instead.

David Brzezniak helped me tremendously today and on 10/7/22. He continuously answered all my questions, provided information and eased my anxiety. David is dedicated to this mission. He made my day because sometimes managing the claims is very time consuming. David is thorough and highly skilled. He has great patience and an ability to stay on task and drive the process of settlements. Dave exceeded my expectations.

My question was answered quickly and kindly. I needed help with submitting a medical bill and I had a computer glitch. I had to call back and I was directed to submit it as an email. I was thanked for my membership...so pleasant, kind and patient with helping me to create an email folder for Solidarity.

David was very helpful with the many questions I had for him. He also had a great sense of humor! :)
