Ordered a Weed and Grass killer last week, the product was completely smashed and leaked through the entire box they put it in. I emailed them to ask about a replacement or issue a refund to see an option. They declined and said you should order shipping insurance. Could someone please explain to me who orders insurance for a gallon of weed killer to be shipped to them? This company is a perfect example of Shit Customer Service. DO NOT order anything from them because you cannot trust to receive it. I also was victim of "we do not have the other product you ordered" non-sense, why don't you update your website to say not in stock then. Please stay away from this company.
They puncture holes in the bags to where they will fit in the box, crazy!
I ordered four bags of Heritage G fungicide granules these bags come from the manufacturer vacuum packed. I received four bags two bags per box delivered via FedEx. I opened each box and all four bags had a puncture mark in the bottom with a ballpoint pen. Needless to say the bags were no longer vacuum packed. I contact the company and they said they do this with all the bags where they will fit in the box. I am sure the manufacturer of Heritage G does not know about their practices because when air hits this product it will get hard as a Brick in a very short time.
My package got delivered to the wrong…
My package got delivered to the wrong address. I add on shipping insurance just in case my package got lost or damaged. They told me that there nothing they can do about once it got delivered. Buy at your own risk. I rather pay a couple bucks more on Amazon. If something happens to my package, they will credit me right away.
Solutions is a fraud
Solutions is a fraud. The company tells you FedEx is the reason your products didn't get delivered, but the company never calls FedEx to get the packages. Solutions creates a label, then keep the packages. You are paying for merchandise they never are held accountable the federal government needs to close this company.
BEWARE of SCAMMERS
BEWARE! VERY SHADY business practices. Once a “Family Owned” company, has been sold to a very different type of owner/operator. The new owners have contrived a scheme for baiting sales. Item costs are the cheapest, under other online competitors and “standard” shipping costs appear to be free until a “shipping cost” for each individual item is added to the cost of each item (even with multiples of 40-60pc.) at the last of the 4 stages of check out. The ridiculous “shipping costs” added to each item does not show as a shipping cost but the total cost is magically adjusted as you process the purchase. Then they added +\- $25 for “Shipping Insurance” which is chosen by default but can be removed.
My order went from $780.00 to $1030.00 at the 4th stage of check out (after they had my credit card information)
I have NEVER seen an online business operate with such contempt for customers.
P.S. It is also very difficult to locate a platform to log a negative review (I’m guessing that they purchased anonymity on Google) THANK YOU TRUST PILOT!

Ordered 4oz acelepryn. What I got was a half used bottle without an application label and a crusty leaky top. There's no sign of leakage in the padded shipping envelope, and when I called them to discuss, they blamed me for not buying shipping insurance. They said this couldn't have happened as they only ship new materials... and yet, I have what I have and was blamed for not playing their upcharge game.
I got a half empty bottle that when new would have the full label booklet attached to the lid. I didnt receive a new bottle.
False Advertising/Terrible customer service
I paid triple shipping costs to get expedited shipping (it says 1-3 days). It took over a week for my product to arrive. They then refused to refund the expedited shipping costs because they said they have no control over shipping times. If that's the case then DONT HAVE AN OPTION FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT SAYS 1-3 DAYS GUARANTEED. Buyer beware

There is so much to say about this company. And yet you have to search for a place to write a review…
First off, I ordered a bag of insecticide and when I got it, the bag had a cut in it. I did not open the box with a knife and the outer box was pristine so it was clearly not a shipping problem. It was packaged that way. When I contacted customer service, they immediately dismissed me because I didn’t have shipping insurance. I explained I didn’t need shipping insurance because it happened in packaging. They explained the customer takes responsibility for the item as soon as it leaves their facility. I explained it was in that condition in their facility. All I was asking for was a refund. I’d even ship it back to them. I was denied 5 times before asking for a supervisor…twice. I still have not heard from a supervisor. I’ve never been treated like this before. It’s appalling. Poor excuse for a company. Do not purchase from them. Find any other company.
The only Solution they provide is separating you from your money. Do not do business with them.
As several here have stated, I would give zero stars if I could.
I was burned by this company for over $100. I declined the insurance and they, in my opinion took that opportunity to short my order by several pieces. My order should have included 6 pieces of insecticide but I only received 2. The package should have weighed 8+ pounds but FedEx reported just over 5 pounds at shipment.
I immediately reported this to the company but they sent me the policy regarding the insurance waiver.
I went to the FedEx website to report the missing items, but this sneaky company uses a shipping technique "Smart Post" that does not allow the end user to file a claim. Only the shipper can file a claim.
I reached out to Solutions Pest and Lawn, requesting they file a claim for me, but now they no longer return my text or email requests.
I will post this review on every forum I can to hopefully prevent others from falling into their trap!
Bad Experience!
Pros: Good prices.
Cons: If I could give them 0, I would. They sent me the wrong product and I had to go in person to ship a FedEx return. I was told that the correct product would be shipped when my return processed. But that was a lie: when I asked them to cancel the reshipment and issue me a refund, I was told that they had already refunded me and no reshipment was ever sent.

It has been 4 weeks since I place my order. I still have not received it. Solutions pest and lawn has made no effort to resolve the lost order. Or even help me make a claim with FedEx.
Fradulent!
As others have echoed, this company has no interest in ensuring customers receive their product in a timely and intact manner. They force you to purchase insurance to cover their poor shipping practices. I naively did not choose the insurance and am out hundreds of dollars, as the product was damaged in transit. Solutions will file a claim with FedEx to get reimbursed, while I get nothing. Their customer service team had no empathy for my situation and was unwilling to refund or reship the chemicals. They did not care that I was a repeat customer and were condescending throughout the process. Never again!
Fraud Company
Do not buy from them. They are fraud as they will force you to buy insurance and if you don't get the insurance. Sent the broken seal item and it leaked inside the box whereas box is as good as new.

They shipped the wrong product
They shipped the wrong product. They would not ship the correct product until after they got their screw up back plus 5 days for processing. Meanwhile I’m stuck without my order. They are horrible.
Quality control
Ordered a 32 oz. bottle of insecticide from Solutions Pest & Lawn. After opening the box, I saw that some of the contents had spilled out. The shipping box was in good condition with no crushed corners. I unscrewed both caps and found one seal slightly peeled on the one cap that was not tightly screwed. Approx 1/5th of the contents spilled inside the box. The representative blamed the MFR and shipper and stated nothing will be done since I apparently declined insuring it.

We placed and paid for an order with Solution Pest & Lawn, only to be told later that they are refusing to fulfill it because we didn’t purchase bait stations from them. This decision came directly from the president of the company, which makes it even more disappointing. We were never told that buying additional products was a requirement to receive what we already paid for.
This is unethical and unacceptable business practice. You cannot take payment for an order and then cancel it because the customer doesn’t purchase something else. We will not be doing business with them again and do not recommend this company to any other pest control professionals who expect transparency, integrity, and professionalism.
Ordered a 3/4-inch hose
Ordered a 3/4-inch hose. Its interior was the correct size, but its exterior is 1/8 inch thick, making it too large for my hose reel. It was never fully removed from the package and never used, as the size difference was obvious upon arrival; it was not as advertised on the website. I requested return instructions and was told they could not take it back due to its nature—an absolute bogus response and terrible customer service. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. Bad business equals bad review. One star, as they did not even try to solve the problem or make amends. If I treated my clients the way they treated me, I would be out of business. Too bad they can easily hide behind a computer screen.
