Two different products, says in stock. Takes credit card info then after it's all entered says they're out of stock. Scam!

I ordered two separate products at different times. I received the latter first. For the first one, I see on the USPS tracking number that it is lost at the Atlanta mail facility. The guys at Solutions made good on it. These guys have been excellent communicators and honest. I would do business with them again. They also offered me a very good price

Collected all my info, including my CC, ONLY THEN inform me that product is back ordered. Charged my card 3 days later. No product 2 wks after they charged my card. Now I must dispute payment.

Actually zero (0) stars. Avoid this company like the plague. Not sure if its the people or their computer system (actually maybe both). Their web interface will gladly take your card info for their products, you will likely receive an email notification of your order with a tracking number, but invariably your order will not arrive satisfactorily. Either a product you ordered will be missing or replaced by something you didn't order (and do not want). When you contact customer service for assistance they will either lie or you will receive differing excuses from various individuals. To top it off, they are not even bright enough to realize their stories are contradictory in nature!! Professional? That's a joke. I have a doctorate in soil science and know more than their entire staff of bozos!

Been ordering for years. Always the best pricing and fast shipping. Fast response to questions and always have the items in stock.

Stay away from this company never received my 200 dollar order

After months of doing business with them I can say they are truly wonderful. Great business to deal with.

Ordered product that was backordered and was informed that once the product came in it would ship out and the next day I received an email stating the product shipped and they charged my card and provided a tracking number through FedEx. Then after a week of no delivery I checked the tracking and FedEx stated that the label was made but they never received the package. I contacted the company requesting where the product was and they said it was on backorder. I asked why they charged me and provided a tracking number. Got a bogus answer and request that they cancel my order and refund my money. Well over a week later still no attempt to refund my money. I have since disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

Ordered a product I have used before but from a different supplier Then they say it’s on back order so I decided to wait but after about a week I emailed them got a quick response so I waited a little longer another email and quick response they suggested I go with a different product saying it’s in store and would save me money after some research I had them cancel the old order and they refund my money so I ordered the stuff they recommended and received it fast no problem and boy I was able to do all my trees not just a few like I have always done And I have product left for next year Would order from them again Everything worked out

Avoid this Company!!! ordered a pre-emergent herbicide for $77. they sent the wrong brand than the one i
purchased and told me that they were made in the same factory so it doesn’t matter. when i opened the shipment the bag of herbicide was ripped open and had emptied inside the box. customer service representative was rude and avoided any blame throughout the dispute process, i finally got them to agree to take the product back for a refund but they refused to pay to have it shipped back. so to get my $77 back i had to pay $25 shipping for their mistake. will never buy from this company again! horrible experience!

zero indication of items being out of stock until after you have put in your card and shipping info

Ordered a product on July 15. When checking order on July 17 realized it was back ordered. Emailed company and was told yes, backordered, but expecting resupply shortly. Emailed again a week later, still not in. Told them it was expected to rain for through the weekend and I would check again Monday, July 29. Emailed July 29 and was told it was received on Friday and should ship within 24 hours. Checked status with FedEx on July 31 and FedEx does not have it scanned in its system. Wrote the company asking for refund (which was posted to my credit card on July 16) and was told FedEx has package and just has not scanned it in as yet. Was told if not received by August 5 the company would consider it lost and issue a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Website is very misleading, they sent me the wrong product and refused to replace it. Greg, the customer service guy seemed very drunk and couldn't add two and two together. I highly recommend NOT dealing with company whatsoever.

I should of looked at more reviews before buying...
I bought express shipping, absolutely a waste of money as they still have not shipped my item 3 business days later.

Web chat won't respond, text messages won't respond, looks like il need to do a card dispute unfortunately.

dont' pay for express shipping, it will still arrive in 8 days

I just want to offer a positive shout out to solutions past and lawn. They had the right product at the right price for me and I received my order in about five days, complete and well packaged. I spoke with Lance to place the order and he did a fine job helping me out. Way to go, fellows!

I had several questions at different steps of product use and Lance very promptly replied to my emails. He guided me through the 3 steps of eradicating crazy ants (hundreds and hundreds/multiple colonies) living in kitchen wall. I had tried big box retail products and home remedies to no avail.
Solutions Pest and Lawn saved the day. No ants!

IT SHOWED PAKAGE WAS SHIPPED AND 5 DAYS LATER UPS TRACKING SHOWED IT WAS NEVER PICKED UP THEN I CALLED ANDTHEY SAID IT WAS BACK ORDERED AND THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW THAT IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS

This company knowingly sells product they do not have after charging your credit card. They do not notify you either. I had to disputer the charge to get my money back. They have an F rating with the BBB. WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
