I rang the company and visited where they made the grills. The guys there were very helpfull and explained what to expect and how to use the grill. They provided additional info on where to get logs and high quality meat.
Delivery was exactly as promised. So can only say good things about this company. Small but excellent.

Excellent communication during all stages (pre-sales; shipment; after-sales). My Asado Grill arrived in Barcelona-Spain, very well packed in a wooden box and assembled. Quality of the grill is just superb.
We have already started the BBQ season and first cooking worked fantastically well.

The Somerset grill is so much more than a BBQ, it’s a feature of our outdoor kitchen and a chance to really enjoy cooking over fire.

It makes long cooks with meet hanging, vegetables and sides on the various accessories ( chappa, cattle grid) just a brilliant adventure

These grills are build to last and could be thrown out of a plane and still survive

If you are thinking about buying one, treat yourself, you won’t regret it

Superb from start to finish. Ben has been so helpful taking time for a video call to show us the Asado Grill before we purchased it. Communication and friendliness has been great and would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a grill.

Ben was absolutely fantastic with the countless emails, text ans phone calls over a 6 months period ( longer from the 1st contact ) while we built our outdoor kitchen making sure that not only the grill was right for us but also the build was right for it , we went for the grande in gunmetal which was delivered end Nov but not put into place until just before Christmas ,it is an amazing grill which we have only had time to do a very qùck trial cook which went brilliantly ,can't wait to cook over the new year

Our Asado grill is such a fantastic and beautiful piece of kit that we use so much. Couldn’t recommend it enough, from the amazing customer service with Somerset Grill Co, to the install and tips on how to use, it’s been such a great experience.
We love using it and it looks so beautiful in our garden, it’s incredibly versatile, stylish and perfect for wonderful outdoor cooking.

Where do you start with these guys. I've had my Asado grill for nearly two years now and it's the best bit of kit I've ever had to cook with wood on. I've recently upgraded some of the parts to full stainless steel and it's great.
Don't be afraid to spend a bit of extra money on their products and parts as it will last for years if you look after it.
Also they're really on the ball information wise and really good at getting back to you quickly.
