Ben at Somerset Grill Co was incredibly responsive and helpful - before, during and after our purchase. And the grill itself is exceptionally well made and high quality.

It’s an easy five stars from me.
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such incredible customer service from a company.
Ben, who I spoke to via email, replied within minutes even over the weekend and the evenings. Somerset grill really did go above and beyond. Premium product with a service to match!!
The grill arrived well with in their lead time. Well packed and a great courier chosen.

Then it comes to the actual product.
I barely know where to begin, it’s beautiful, well made with very neat mig & tig welds throughout.
This is my first wood fire grill and I’ve been desperate for this since seeing it on the smokin elk IG channel.
The food does have a nice smoky taste compare to lump wood the I use on my Aldi kamado.

So happy I took the plunge and brought this. It could easily last a lifetime.

What a fantastic piece of kit! Brilliantly engineered and designed. Real quality and it feels like a bargain for the price. Cannot recommend their prompt service and quality of product enough. Great for both novice and pro outdoor cooks.

I love my Somerset grill! I ordered the Asado in cor ten steel. Anyone who is unsure if it’s the grill for you, I can assure you that it’s a great choice, super high quality, made in the uk and looks like it’s gunna last a lifetime. When it was delivered it was already pre built, and the ordered followed up with a starter pack of wood which was a lovely touch too. so far I’ve done chicken kebabs, whole leg of lamb and a rotisserie chicken. All of which have come out great!

A brilliant grill, well made and well designed. Having now used this for years I can't rate it high enough. The ember maker works brilliantly and drops down great embers. You do need to know how to use it though as there are definitely some do's and don'ts. The course I did was really useful by Hunter Gatherer Cooking, he broke it down bit by bit and came to the house too. Overall, it's a great bbq and my absolute 'go to' grill now. For those who can't use it, just learn how and you will be fine.

excellent product, excellent service. purchased my grill from Somerset Grill and Ben and his service was nothing less than superb. on hand for any queries, responsive. this product is highly recommended and you will not regret this purchase. most importantly the product is solid, sturdy and very high quality. I purchased my grill a while ago as part of a house refurb and outside kitchen new build, so haven't got to use it yet properly but its all set up ready to go and I can't wait! my only criticism is the protective cover could be slightly better quality (nothing wrong with the one supplied) to match the quality of the grill itself but a minor detail. thanks Ben for your great product and service alike.

Absolutely love my Asado grill. Cooking on it has been so fun and the food I’ve made has been amazing. I also got the rotisserie attachment and have made some great whole chickens. Ben has been great to deal with and helped me massively.

Great service and a fabulous product, simply the best bbq / grill on the market. The build quality of the grill is amazing.

I had been looking at Somerset Grills for a couple of years and said to myself “one day”.
Well that day came when I decided to buy their Outdoor Kitchen bundle for my garden when we were just coming to the end of doing up.
From the start Ben was nothing but helpful. He promised a delievery date, and the main bit, the Asado with all the accessories, did arrive by that date. The rest arrived a week later with no problems.
Everything comes pre assembled. All you have to do is get everything where it needs to go………. No mean feat as these things are heavy. But more than do’able with two people.
The build quality is outstanding. Built like a tank.
The biggest thing I need to shout about is the customer service. There were a couple of things that weren’t completely to Ben’s liking when I asked if it was normal, and while completely useable I was still sent replacement/modified parts to rectify the issue. These parts arrived SUPER quick.

I’ve had so much fun cooking on the Asado already. The two large prep tables are REALLY useful and make cooking in the garden easy and more enjoyable.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Even though I didn’t, if you’re in two minds go along to one of the events they show them off at. Once you see one in action and in person, you’ll be buying one!

Delivery as on time as promised. Unfortunately it was damaged by the courier. Ben from Somerset Grills arranged a replacement really promptly with no fuss and all working well and giving much pleasure since.
