Love Sonagi 🥰 I’m usually not too fond of subscriptions but this one is amazing. The customer service team is friendly and very responsive, and I love getting a selection of 5 sheets masks that we can’t find in the UK and I think the price is a real bargain, too. I tried out of curiosity but I’m definitely keeping this subscription going ! Thank you Sonagi 🫶🏻🇰🇷

I just received my order. What can I possibly say about this company? First of all I didn't even expect the package to include that many things. Given the price, it's very much worth it. Secondly, my order was a bit late and I contacted them to ask if everything is fine. I mean, you never know these days when everyone is a scammer. I was also angry because another website messed up my order and my email to Sonagi was a bit aggressive. I apologise for that. It was immature and inappropriate. I received a reply almost immediately. They informed me why there was a delay and shipped the next day. My package also had a note inside explaining the issue and they informed me about a free gift as well. This is what great customer service is. They responded immediately, they provided help, they shipped the items safely. I have 0 complaints. As for the products, I have used some of them in the past so I trust them. Some review in here mentioned that they don't do anything and that they're like wet towels which is a huge lie. You can actually read the ingredients on the back of each mask. If you think that hyaluronic acid and vitamins don't do anything for your skin at all then you shouldn't be using any creams or anything else. The quality of the masks is well known, we're not going to dispute that now. The fact that my pores were huge and are now non existent is proof enough. My final thoughts are: for 12-13£ you get something that will completely change your skin if you have large pores, dryness and discolouration. What more can you ask for? They also have options to cancel your subscription obviously, skip your next order, change the schedule of your orders and in general do whatever you want or need. Even if you want to try it once you can easily do that. And remember that you're not paying 13£ for a mask only. You're getting an entire package with 7 masks inside. I don't know if this is going to be the amount of items with every order but it definitely is very much worth trying it at least once. Excellent items, excellent customer support and overall an excellent company that does what it promises.

I subscribed to Sonagi and received a trial box of masks and a free gua sha.

Products arrived quickly in the post.
However, gua sha arrived damaged (chipped and broken) because it wasn't wrapped suitable for a fragile item.
The company responded quickly to my email ...however cheekily asked whether they could include a replacement in next month's order - which I refused because i wasnt sure if I would continue with the product and ultimately, i should not be expected to wait a month before receiving an item that arrived broken. They promised to send a replacement through and I've yet to receive the replacement.

The masks themselves are dissapointing. They are simply wet towels and provide a cooling effect (as any wet towel would) rather than any noticeable improvement to the skin. I've used the trial box and all have the same effect - no real discernable difference between them. Highstreet drug stores masks provide better results.
Better to go to a reputable skin specialist and spend your money on good skincare that's more tailored to your specific needs.
Don't waste your money on what seems to be another social media company capitalising off the Korean Skincare trend.

I had the subscription for a couple of months and never been disappointed. This morning I tried one of the new mask...honestly AMAZING. It wasn't a mask per se but a black head treatment...I kept those pads for 20 min and 25 min the second (it's a 2 step process)...my nose doesn't have the tiniest blackhead anymore...looks like it has been photoshoped! Fantastic

I've enjoyed the ritual of using sheet masks for a few years now and loved the effect they had on my skin. However the retailer I used became more unreliable and eventually only stocked masks from inferior western skincare brands.

I love getting a monthly package of masks, and they go out of their way to make your package seem special. My first order even included a free gua sha which was exactly what I needed. I'm obsessed with sheet masks so when I saw Sonagi and this subscription I thought it was a brilliant idea. It's excellent value for money, as most Korean sheet masks are around £4-£5 each online or in stores. So if you use sheet masks regularly you will save some money. In your first subscription you can choose to receive a free gua sha which is a really nice touch. They also send you some cute stickers from time to time. I'm so excited that they managed to get the viral overnight collagen mask in stock, and I have added this as an extra to my next box (additional cost), but cheaper than if I was going to buy it separately. I love getting the surprise of what's in the package each month. I use a lot of Korean skincare and I can verify that these masks are genuine Korean and top quality!

Really easy subscription, can skip, pause or cancel at anytime.

I have been a subscriber for about 6 months now. It's a great way to try a variety of Korean skincare masks, which are all very high quality. I share them with my sons who suffer from teenage acne and who love opening the box and choosing their mask from the little menu card. A good value monthly treat.
