Recently lost an elderly parent that I cared for over may years
Have the app. with so much excellent information kept me going

It is so nice to know that I have support at my fingertips and instant access to help.

I use the meditation almost every day, and it has been incredibly helpful before and after surgery helping me stay calm and relaxed. When I was overwhelmed and needed to talk to someone, I didn't hesitate to reach out and call the call center. Having someone to talk to and hearing a calm reassuring voice helped. I love having access to the app, and are learning so much about many different things from the sections available.

I've been able to reach out at all times of the day. For all sorts of reasons. Each time I've finished my conversations feeling better and more certain of my decisions. Would highly recommend.

Sonder offers exceptional support, primarily driven by its team of very experienced nurses who are always available online to provide reliable, expert guidance. I find the service's digital component equally valuable, particularly the "tracking the journey" function, which creates essential structure and continuity by allowing me to easily monitor my progress and the support received throughout the entire process.
