bonjour je deconseille cette entreprise qui en plus m a cassé un ecran d ordinateur et le miroir dans un meuble m a en plus fait payer des frais à l arrivé du contenaire car a destination ils passent par une autre societe pour livrer les colis du cadre.bref aucune communication malgres un très bon comercial.

Everything started great in Vienna the team was very professional and efficient. Also the updates during the shipping were useful and all of our questions got answered. The desaster started by the delivery in Jerusalem. The workers couldn't carry the heavy boxes and my daughter's boyfriend had to bring them up. Instead of piling up the boxes in the room they spread them out all over the hallway and only after we told them a few times they moved them into the room in a real messy way. They told us that the bed doesn't fit through our door and left it in the hallway. My daughter and her boyfriend carried exactly this bed in without any problem. They broke a desk and dropped a box with books in the middle of the street. They lied to us that someone is coming later to take care of some problems just to get us to sign the paperwork as fast as possible.
After I complained to the one who arranged the shipping he said he will speak to the office and come back to me. Never heard of him again!
The whole delivery was a very frustrating experience!

Sonigo was great, mostly on the American side tho, always more professional than in Israel. I would've appreciated more updates for when my shipment actually was set to arrive instead of wondering after receiving an estimated time. I also would like to see the Israeli movers be more professional. I think in the contact whatever had to be taken apart to pack should have to be put back together, and not just certain items. I also think on both ends the movers pushing for ya big tip is not right, we're already paying so much to move countries. All of our stuff arrived in one piece, so that's definitely a reason to recommend. All in all was pretty smooth

I used Sonigo to deliver a partial container from America to Israel. Overall I was very happy with the service. The company did a great job packing our stuff in America and delivering it in Israel. They were usually quick to respond to my calls and emails. Scheduling my delivery in Israel took a few days but was still within the expected time frame. My advice would be to overestimate the amount of stuff you have because it seems like everyone always has significantly more than they expected.

Sonigo were great. The communication before during and after the move was straightforward and transparent. The movers were very nice and extremely efficient. I warmly recommend their service.

Moving a container load. We paid full price for a complete package, from source to destination including packaging, disassembling of furniture, shipping the container, handling everything at destination, and reassembling.

However, the moving company at destination would not reassemble the furniture, they were not paid for it by Sonigo. So, we got stuck with disassembled furniture.

Sonigo simply does not care. A huge disappointment, and breach of contract.
