I just had my first consultation at Sono Bello today, and I am absolutely blown away. Walking through the doors, I was incredibly nervous and filled with self-doubt, but the team immediately made me feel welcome, safe, and valued. My consultant Chenise here in Macon, Ga was an absolute angel. They didn't just talk about procedures; they truly listened to my story, my struggles, and my goals. Their warmth and empathy completely washed my anxiety away. Instead of feeling judged, I felt deeply understood and empowered. She thoroughly explained the process, answered every single question with patience, and helped me visualize a confident future. I left the clinic feeling completely inspired, motivated, and excited to start this transformation. If anybody are on the fence about booking a consultation, take the leap. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't. I went in with very specific procedure in mind. The surgeon" upsells you-states if I only do "this" you won't be happy. The upsell cost me $20 K cash. My thighs are lumpy, shape is uneven. I didn't enjoy summer at all. Nurses tell you there is a "satisfaction guarantee." When you revisit surgeon they basically say "this is a good result, nothing else we can do for you." I really don't want to go back anyway, your stuck with scars that take over a year to diminish. I'm very diappointed.

I received the Venus treatments and the results were positive. Au’Ziona was amazing, very professional but also made me feel very comfortable. I felt very confident with her skills. I would recommend Sono Bella and Au’Ziona for treatments.

I am writing about sono bello everywhere I can! Please please please I beg you do not go here!!! It is absolutely horrible. To pay for this procedure and still look 5 months pregnant is insane. Then to make matters worse to be told by the doctor you big belly that you paid money to get rid of looks fine to him is absolutely disgusting. Please please go sonewhere else. If you go here you are taking a very BIG RISK

I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience at Sono Bello San Antonio. From the moment I walked through the doors to my surgery, recovery, and aftercare, the entire transformation process was incredibly smooth and well organized.

One of the things I appreciated most is that everything is in one place. My consultation with Verenia, pre-op, surgery, post-op appointments, garments, lymphatic massages, and follow-up care were all handled right there at the San Antonio location. It made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful.

What really stood out to me was how accessible the team is. There wasn’t some impersonal portal where I felt like I was sending questions into nowhere. I could actually reach people when I needed them, and I always felt like my questions and concerns mattered. Customer care is clearly a priority here.

Dr. Schaner and Dr. Kunasz are incredible surgeons with wonderful bedside manner. I also appreciated how seriously the entire team took my health and safety. They asked thorough medical questions, reviewed my history, and made sure any necessary medical clearances were completed before moving forward. I never felt like safety was compromised.

The financing options were another huge plus. They helped make something I had wanted for a long time financially doable for me, and looking back now, I only wish I had done it sooner!

It’s hard to even put into words what this transformation has done for my confidence. It’s not just the physical changes—it’s how I feel when I get dressed, the outfits I get to wear, putting on a bikini and actually feeling confident, and hearing compliments I never expected. That feeling is priceless.

If you’ve been thinking about doing something like this for yourself, I highly recommend the Sono Bello San Antonio team. From the front desk to the surgical team and everyone involved in my aftercare, I felt supported throughout the entire process.

My only regret is waiting as long as I did. I absolutely love my results and the confidence that came with them! ❤️

Terrible experience i paid so much for the procedure and extra for Venus legacy treatments and they cancelled all the appointments I’ve been calling no answer it’s so unbelievable how they so expensive and not taking good care of patients

What can I say about the customer service at Sonó Bello…. Ummm AMAZING! I went in for a consultation for their services and I spoke to Gabby. She greeted me with a smile and was very professional and friendly! I felt seen and heard and she was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It was definitely beyond my expectations and every office should have Gabby. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED the Sonobello in Baltimore! The girl at the reception, I think her name was Gabby, was so helpful and attentive! I was very nervous and a little embarrassed when I walked in. She sensed that and was very reassuring and so sweet and professional. She’s honestly the reason I didn’t change my mind and walk out! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Gabby was pleasant, polite and professional. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I had an appointment or was just looking for information about their services. Not once did she make me feel like I was asking too many questions, she was more then happy and willing to provide information/answers. Overall, amazing customer service!

The check in was seamless and straight forward. The lady in the front, I think her name was Gabby, was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Wait time was a bit long but nothing I wasn’t expecting, everyone was polite and offered assistance when I needed it. The front desk lady and I even engaged in a nice small talk convo while helping me check in that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Definitely a great experience!

I was worked on in Edina by Doctor B. She was a last minute substitute for Dr Volk and I am extremely happy with the way things went. Gabriel at the Rochester office was most helpful. I anticipate great results and I’m happy I did this Alex procedure.

From the beginning Coleen understood my needs and gave my the best options available. Day of surgery my nurse was an angel she held my hand through the whole process and Dr. Volk did everything I asked to have the best results. I’m extremely happy with my results.

My "free" consultation cost me $2800. It was with a salesperson, not the plastic surgeon. He got me to pay that NON-REFUNDABLE amount by saying that the written quote he gave me that day was good for 9 days.
Previous to that "free" consultation I had already had consultations with 3 different plastic surgeons; one was free, one was $150, and one was $160, with the plastic surgeons, not salespeople.
A few days later I met with the plastic surgeon in Raleigh, NC. I was positively impressed with her and the nurse.
However, as I checked out at the front desk another $12,000 was required from me as I made the appointment for the procedures.
In the following few days I decided not to have the procedures done. It took a few weeks of politely demanding my money back before I got all but the $2800 refunded.
An expensive "free" consultation for me.
Beware of the slick sales tactics.

Update, August 22, 2026: I did get the remainder of my money refunded from Sonobello for which I am pleasantly surprised and grateful. But it was only after I gave the 1 out of 5 star review on this site and Yelp, that someone from Sonobello contacted me; not long after this contact the remainder of the money I had given Sonobello, was refunded to me. They did make it right for me financially, as I described.
