Asked for a refund on a cassette removal tool as it was very bad quality and failed in it's task. Not even a response given, just ghosted. Avoid if possible!

Hi all....not so much a review just a pointer to the small print on the website. Cleats ripped out on current shoes and I needed them for a race this weekend. Much hunting on line to find the right ones on-line and in stock....excellent Sorted have them!!.....no they don’t if you read the small print on delivery and stock they quote in stock in it is in their shop local sources and supplier warehouses....hopeless and not really fair on customers. I also received an email that it would be “shipped" in one day as I paid extra for the next day service (not true)....so be aware as a company bike shop they are not exactly lying but then again they are not be very up front and accurate. If you need something urgently and for in stock to mean in stock you must call them or use a reputable on-line shop. I am off to sort a plan B.

I have only dealt with them once and it will be my last one. The main thing is that they sent me the wrong item. I have tried calling the phone number found on the invoice and it gave me 4+ minutes of nonsense and at the end a menu that doesn't lead you anywhere. I have sent them an email showing that the sales confirm and the invoice contain different items but have the same order number. They refunded me after this.

My experience was ok, item was shipped on the same day as the order - as described - and it arrived promptly, and the item was ok. However, I send the customer service an email and never got any reply, so I'd imagine if something had gone wrong, it would be challenging. There is no phone number on the website either.
SCAM. Won't reply to emails. Asks for extra shipping fees after transaction
After placing a purchase for rims, I waited almost a week and a half with zero correspondence. Then got an email with them trying to scam "extra freight" surcharges.
They offered a refund to cancel the order. I emailed them advising I would like to cancel for a refund.
After no reply to my email for 3 days, I emailed them again to confirm I would not pay extra fees and to cancel.
I lodged a paypal claim to try get a refund. Then magically they "could send the item" I have since bought elsewhere. So I now have an item double up and am out of pocket.
They do not reply to a single email.
SCAM. DO NOT BUY.
Been a whole week since my order
Been a whole week since my order, no update email or dispatch email after paying for fast delivery, cannot contact by phone or get a reply to an email, hopefully someone reaches out before having to charge back by bank 🤷♂️

Was hesitant to order from sorted race gear after some mixed reviews here. But I have ordered multiple times over the last month and they have been excellent, could not have done anything better.

Order the bike online and was delivered within 24 hours.
Had a couple of questions to ask, once the bike was delivered, emailed Josie, she got back straight away and helped us with our enquiry.
Not used this company before, but would recommend them.

Sorted Racegear sent me a faulty item
Sorted Racegear sent me a faulty item. I immediately took photos and email them, they asked me to fill out a form and they apologised. I mentioned I expected a refund including postage and their reply didn't object. I paid for the return postage £5.99 and they not only didn't refund the return postage but they didn't fully refund the item, they deduct the delivery. Their reply was they now can't find anything wrong and they don't refund postage. I can't understand why they needed me to fill out a form then! They don't treat faulty items any different from customer changing their mind! They are now saying it's okay so some other poor customer will get it. It was a faulty zip so we all know that will definitely get stuck again if the teeth aren't aligned!
Unless you want a faulty item don't purchase from here. I will stick to the reputable suppliers in future as I have never had faulty items from them.

Bought a Fox helmet that was too big, emailed them and Josie replied straight away with some options, sent it back and received a medium within two days, now that's service! Definitely buying from Sorted again! ;-)
Let’s all go to Scotland and abandon the business!
Purchased a helmet from them but didn’t hear anything for a week. Tried emailing and calling. No response and phone just rang though. Thought I’d been scammed. Turns out they were all up in Scotland at the downhill tournament. Hope they had a great time.
Meanwhile… After a week, I had an email stating the helmet was on order from their supplier (The website showed the helmet I wanted as in stock and ready to despatch). So would be another week I guess…?
Only positive is that they apologised and refunded me in full.
Purchased helmet elsewhere for same price and arrived next day.

Finally had a response to an email telling me that they were waiting for items from the supplier (shown as in stock on website)
Have now asked for a refund but again no response so now I need to make a journey to the store Friday to get my money back.

Great shop for biking clothing
Great shop for biking clothing, lots of stock in the shop and a great range of products and sizes. If like me you need to try on before you buy this is a real bonus. Can't believe I've only just found this place as they are pretty local too. Will be my go to for biking clothing too. Great prices on Troy Lee gear also, very happy.
Bad return policy
Bought cycling overshoes but one of them has already broken seams after a few days of use. That's not sorted race gear fault but as per their return policy, the item cannot be returned because it is not resalable condition. So I cannot return the product. Better use Amazon.
Quality products and great service
I'm amazed to see other people's reviews here, I purchased a bike on the cycle to work scheme from them and they've been really helpful. In the shop when I collected the bike, the young lad stayed behind 40 minutes making sure it was all set up correctly. The pricing was reasonable and the advice spot on, I'd recommend.
