I have had Reston bring me wait and loads for last 2 weeks at a very challenging location in Morden , logistically challenging but they have been excellent and 3 different drivers all pitched in with my lads to load up - great service

The skip delivery was so prompt that we hadn’t managed to get over to the location on time but our skip delivery driver went above and beyond, calling us to discuss where we wanted the skip and taking the trouble to knock on our neighbour’s to ask them to move their car so that the skip could be placed just where we wanted.

Probably the most professional skip company in london, always quick, communicate really well and are just straight forward, if only the rest of life was that way!

Great service from Reston waste from start to finish. Easy and pain free booking of skip delivery as well as friendly and efficient delivery of skip. Would recommend to anyone and will be using again for our up coming renovation.

Friendly, informative and helpful staff on the phone. The skip was delivered as stated, and when I called for it to be collected earlier than the 2 weeks, it was collected the next day. Very impressed and I will use again when I need another skip!

We ordered a skip too late , they went the extra mile and delivered it after 5 o’clock Friday so we can work Saturday. My Forman gave Gavin the driver the wrong envelope by mistake, it should have been a cheque but it was £890. Cash.
Ten minutes later Gavin came back saying there must be a mistake and gave the cash BACK and went away with the cheque.
You do not see this very often.

Very quick and easy to deal with. Kept updated and someone will answer the phone if you have any issues. Driver great too.

Am changing my review as so far Reston Waste have been compliant and pleasant in my request for VAT refund because of the wet room build for myself, a disabled person.
