Kevin was a great salesman. Had all the right questions and answers. 100% would deal with him again.

Just got a policy. The agent was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So far so good.
I don't have an experience on a claim but expect all to go well if and when.

WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP THAT DEALS WITH HUNDREDS OF SERVICE CONTRACT COMPANIES. SAME CUSTOMER CAME IN TWO SEPARATE INSTANCES WITH DIFFERENT ISSUES. FIRST TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE WAS AT OUR SHOP FOR 3 WEEKS TO HAVE A FINAL VERDICT THAT REPAIRS WERE NOT GOING TO BE COVERED. THEY INITIALLY SENT OUT AN INSPECTOR AFTER A WEEK OF THE CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE SITTING ON OUR LOT WHICH WAS INCONCLUSIVE. SECOND THEY WANTED US TO TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND SUBMIT THEM, ALSO INCONCLUSIVE. THIRD WAS A VIRTUAL VIDEO INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE WITH A REMOTE INSPECTOR. THAT INSTANCE CAME BACK ON WEEK 3 OF THE VEHICLE BEING HERE AS DENIED, WHICH WAS ALSO NEVER COMMUNICATED TO US AS THE SERVICE PROVIDER VIA PHONE CALL NOR EMAIL AND WAS IN FACT COMMUNICATED TO US FROM THE VEHICLE OWNER WHO WAS SO UPSET WITH SOS AUTO PROTECT FOR THEIR OBVIOUS LACK OF URGENCY TO RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE CUSTOMER THAT SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CALL FRUSTRATED AND RECEIVE ANSWERS. AT NO TIME DURING THIS WHOLE ORDEAL DID SOS REACH OUT TO US TO LET US KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH THE APPROVAL AND REQUIRED MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS ON OUR END TO ATTEMPT TO GET ANSWERS WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.
SECOND INTERACTION WITH SOS AUTO PROTECT DID RESULT IN APPROVAL, HOWEVER AGAIN THE VEHICLE SAT HERE FOR A WEEK ATTEMPTING TO REACH OUT TO SOS FROM OUR END WITH NO ANSWERS UNTIL THE CUSTOMER ONCE AGAIN CALLED SOS FRUSTRATED AND DEMANDED ANSWERS. SOS DID FINALLY REACH OUT TO US AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL AS IT WAS 7PM WHEN THEY FINALLY CALLED AND AUTHORIZED A PORTION OF THE BILL. SIDE NOTE, ALL TELEPHONE CALLS WITH SOS WERE WITH ASSOCIATES ON THEIR END THAT DID NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND WERE INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND INTERPRET. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SOS AND REPAIR SHOPS IS POOR AT BEST AND LACKS THE INITIATIVE TO GET OUR MUTUAL CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE FACT THAT A CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT FOR RESPONSE FOR A WEEK OR LONGER WITH NO TRANSPORTATION IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Trust Me. Never in 20 years I had this experience with any kind of warranties i had. Never go with this Company. They were back of me for 3 days to get the warranty. I got it.Close to two years later i had my first claim. First time i didn't even try to dispute, let it go, but today the second claim they tried to do the same thing again. They will find ways not to cover the claim. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and then going over the claim. I asked if they called the shop and discuss this over. They didnt and I have been waiting and the shop to hear back from them. They said they called the shop but they never did. I had to call them to know the status.
I wish I could give zero stars.

Extremely competitive pricing and terms for an extended warranty. Service-oriented, accommodating sales people. The fact that Forbes gave them their top rating is the reason why I looked into them in the first place. Glad I did!

Michelle was AMAZING and really worked to get me a great deal on 4 cars. With all the computer issues that cars give now knowing I can go into the dealership and have it all covered without me having to deal with paying and then getting reimbursed is HUGE.

Kevin was great. I hope to never need you guys but I hope if and when I do it goes as smoothly as the initial enrollment process.

They were very fast on getting back to me after putting my info online. Benjamin V. was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve emailed or called with questions, they have been quick to respond.

Kevin Coleman was great to work with. He explained all the plans I had to chose from, because he took the time to explain the different plans I was able to purchase a plan that I felt was right for me. He was also patient with me and I really appreciate that.

The representative that I talked to was very explainable on about everything that SOS offered he explained to me on what I will be receiving for my vehicle he was very polite explained everything very well a good customer service representative

They offered the product I was looking for. Not a high pressure sale attempt.
