Absolute nightmare company. I purchased their top-tier Elite Coverage plan under the promise of comprehensive mechanical breakdown protection. My vehicle has gone without repair for approximately a month now because RPM refuses to honor their contract.

My independent, ASE-Certified shop provided exhaustive evidence of a mechanical failure in the rear brake calipers. Instead of honoring the coverage, RPM used an internal review process to deny the claim, using normal surface oxidation to escape their financial obligation. Their customer service team and adjusters have been shockingly unprofessional, stonewalling both me and my mechanic shop, refusing to email a digital copy of the denial letter, and withdrawing the monthly premium from my account early without authorization.

I have officially escalated this by filing complaints with multiple agencies. I recommend anyone stay away from this company. They take your money instantly but disappear when you need a repair.

I have never had a auto warranty before and so it took me several call to work out the whole thing. But Jason Hendry was great, patient and helpful every time.

There a scam wouldn’t payfor my break down said they would refund me my money it’s been six months still no refund have told me they mailed me a check then another said it didn’t get mailed then they said they mailed it again it’s been a month ago still no refund this is a scam there address is fake too try mailing something to them no such address please don’t loose you money to these scammers like I did

Jason was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions,and worked hard to get my premium in an affordable range.
My only concern was after looking up your info on Google where the BBB gave a triple F. That's why just 4 stars. So I'm trusting you and we'll see what happens in the future.

This company, I think, is fraud. I, can't even get a refund. I paid for services and they said they would refund me. And that was back in April 14th, and they still haven't sent me a payment. They said they sent out 4 to 5 checks. Looks like I would have got one of them. I recommend not buying this service unless you went a head ache.

Be aware the positive reviews are most likely originating from their employees and family members. Unfortunately, this business is a SCAM. It is ran like a PONZI scheme and does not refund your monies.

Read the reviews. The majority, the vast majority, are one star. This place is a scam, I don’t even know how they are legally in business. I just bought my policy and within two hours. I have canceled it. They allow you to read a sample contract that leaves out that there is first, a 30 day waiting. Period. Period and second, 500 miles also in the waiting period and you have to meet both criteria. That’s fine, it weeds out those with a pre-existing condition but that needs to be stated upfront. Second, it says that no claim shall exceed $1000 in a 90 day. Period. Period. If the transmission goes, this is damn well over a $1000 claim. And the cumulative coverage over my five years was only going to be $5000. That is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t tell you this, they don’t suggest it, they don’t put it in their FAQ section, none of it. I have canceled it within two hours. I specifically requested six payments because other people have gotten taken for thousands and thousands of dollars. I guarantee you they are going to try to not refund me my initial payment, but I will simply file a credit card dispute. Avoid these people. They absolutely have the best numbers as far as a sales price by far, but it is one huge scam once you read the fine print. And your fine print doesn’t get to you until after you pay them and they then send you the contract.

Stay aware don’t buy this piece of crap product they only covered $150 of a $3500 job. and didn’t pay for the most important part of the front end work Delayed getting back to us. Honda said this is the worse company he ever dealt with Just horrible .com

Do not purchase a warranty from this company it will be worthless. This company is guilty of false advertisement. They advertise they cover Electrical and Engine break downs, but when you need repairs they will cover neither, because they classify everything as a wear and tear issue, and their policy doesn't cover wear and tear issues. WELL GUESS WHAT, THAT'S WHAT AN EXTENTED WARRANTY OF FOR! However, they will take forever to tell you that. Not to mention they don't answer the phones when you call and the customer service is awful.

Stay away from this company it is fradulent. I got a contact and then cancelled the next day, well within the 7 day period. They promised to refund me the $2600 and it has now been 5 months and they keep telling me they are sending a check and they never to. When I call customer service I always get the same man and he either says billing will call me back or he just transfers me to a voice mail that is never responded to.

The gentleman i talked to on the phone was great. He had me at ease about the whole deal...I joked with my son that the little "#@&$%" took all my money...but all kidding aside he did a wonderful job and I dont know if I would have purchased my warrenty if id have talked with anyone else...you need a bunch of Matthew's working for you. Give that man a raise..!!!

While the warranty is advertised as fully refundable if you cancel within a month, and I canceled after 2 weeks, it has been since May 18th when I cancelled and it is now August 1st and I have not received my $1,678 full refund. They have been ever so kind on the phone and they have sent me paperwork which ended up being a huge rigmarole of having to go have it notarized that I'd actually sold the car which I did do. Nevertheless I have received no money after 4 long phone calls each week's apart. You cannot trust this company at their word. Sherry Campbell

I purchased a warranty package from rpm warranty on 4/1/2026 to 6/13/2026 the sales rep name was Matthew that I worked with and I meet all requirements made my monthly payment then I had to file a claim with rpm I was told to take my vehicle to the dealership after the dealership having my vehicle for 4 or more weeks I then received a phone call from rpm supervisor informing me that they had to cancel my policy and that they would issue me a full refund because I didn’t know that my title didn’t meet requirements and that it would take 30 days to refund me. And now 30 days has passed still no refund so I called and now I’m getting nothing but a run around please do not ever use rpm warranty not even for a dead man grave….

Paul Marks was amazing. Explained things clearly. Was Not pushy BUT very helpful and informative. Walked me through the process as I was comparing to 2 other Companies. I am satisfied I made the RIGHT CHOICE with RPM!

Checked all the boxes and price is right.
