This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company—specifically regarding an extended warranty for my vehicle. If you don’t want to get scammed, don’t waste your money on RPM Warranty; they use any loophole in the contract to avoid paying for or covering any repairs your vehicle needs. I should have read the reviews before buying the policy—they are professional scammers.

Im giving one star for everything becouse its the minimum i can select.
My mistake is that i ignored all the negative reviews about RPM befor i purchased an extanded warranty on my ford f150 2017 raptor last october 2025.
Recently in April 2026 i got my truck serviced by Ford Limcolin ,brookhaven , GA And a repair claim was filed for torque converter replacement and transmission oil change, its been over a month and a half now and i am trying to get them to approve on the repair with no avail.
they ignored every call and emails sent by me and ford service team, They dont acknolege or honor the contract turms at all, They dont give any specific reason for denial or approval , they dont go by the contract turms at all, they dictated redicoulouse terms, for example they made ford team retest previouse old claims that has nothing to do with the existing issue and when the reslults of this tests came possitive, they requested them to be deamed as flaulsly diagnosed and to be deleted from ford data base, then they made us wait for days on an inspector from there part to test the car but no one showed up.
when they got to a dead end with there redicoulous demands they gosted us and ignored all calls from ford service team, they shodowbanned me, the ford service team and the service team mannager.
In short RPM is unprofessional company all what you gonna end up getting , if you get in my shoes " is leave yr name and a message and we will get back to you ". After almost 2 months with my truck stranded at ford dealership i got to learn its very important to do a thorough do deligence before purchasing from RPM.
Dont belive the 5 stars 3000 reviews on there website, its totaly a BS/lie, they are not trusted by google or acknoleged/ registed to BBB ( better business bureau) .
To get my repaire money back i have to sue them for fraud/ breech of contract under lemons law in Georgia .
Save your self a headache and make an informative decision .

customer beware: Do not pay the warranty in full after you get a quote . I tried to cancel my warranty since 2/3/26, I did everything that RPM required as far as notarized documents, sent everything to them via priority mail only to get it returned to me, quote ,return to sender , attempted- not known unable to forward. The staff was nice and tried to send me to different people but no results.

Paul was extremely helpful in my purchase of two car warranties. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently to get me the best deal and options to fit my budget. I feel he went above and beyond to meet my needs, all the while staying courteous, respectful and very supportive. It is a pleasure to do business with a real-live professional person.

So I had a 3000 dollar repair..control arm on my 2019 Ram 1500 and the manifold repair. The warranty covered only 436 dollars less the 100 dollar deductible meaning they covered only $346 of the almost $3000 charge. They only paid a fraction of the control arm, labor charge less than the shops standard rate which is 40% less than the dealer and nothing on the manifold repair.

Paul want over everything I needed to know about the warranty.

This company is a scam and do not purchase this coverage. Their coverage states that items are covered and then in the exclusions the contract contradicts itself to where they will not fix the issue. Their contract clearly states that the map/courtesy light assembly is covered for the interior. Then when you go to the exclusions is says that they dont cover interior LED light assemblies which are the courtesy light in my truck. If you as a customer call they will agree with you but they want the dealership to call. Once the dealership calls they tell them a completely different story. After reviewing the contract all their coverage is contradicted in the exclusions to where you are spending thousands on absolutely nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS AT ANY COST!!!!

Be very careful. My refund was issued by then additional charges were placed on my card. Talking to a few of the people was not very pleasant. I do not feel this "contract" is what the people said and it makes too many hoops for the consumer to get your vehicle taken care of. They want to argue about any charges you make. NO I WOULD NOT DO IT AGAIN. TOO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH TO GET YOUR CAR TAKEN CARE OF.

Paul was a great help without him. I don't know if I could have got the warranty and what it means to my family and I. He did a great job. Very courteous. Very understanding. I will definitely let other people know about this warranty service
