As a weekly meal subscription service, we are well aware that some new customers might face the inconvenience of being charged for their second order on the day their first order is delivered. Our billing system usually charges customers on the same day each week unless you've manually chosen a different delivery day. However, for some subscribers (not all) the time between the billing date for their second order and the delivery of their first is more than 7 days. Right now there is no easy solution, so we explain when you join that this may happen and that customers can pause or skip in their dashboard before their order cutoff day.

2. Taste and Quality: We're sorry to learn that the taste of our meals didn't meet your expectations. We strive to provide a wide variety of flavorful plant-based options, and it's disappointing to hear that you found them to be bland. Our culinary team is always working to improve and innovate our menu, and your feedback will be taken into consideration.
