I believe they are great very small and comfortable I can hear everything very clear I had them for 5 days before I had to charge them and it only took about 20 minutes very good customer service and the price is affordable I'm clad I took the step to try them out they are the best God bless you all

I got the soundbright discovery
I got the soundbright discovery when my old hearing aids stopped working. I have trouble with speech clarity. The discovery works great for that plus the Bluetooth feature is soo helpful for phone calls. The only thing I didn’t like were the domes. I have very small ear canals and the small domes were too big. I reached out to customer service and they said I had to live with it ( not in those words of course). I switched out the discovery domes with the domes for my old hearing aids (Starkey). They work great!

The hearing aids work well and sound natural. Sound Bright app is terrible.
The hearing aids work well and sound more natural than others that I have tried. The downside is that the Sound Bright app is terrible! It is clunky and difficult to use. It also keeps disconnecting and is nearly unusable to change settings for different areas of use.

. I received my order on Tuesday of this week. On Thursday of this week the left hearing aid stopped working and still will not work. These hearing aids sound very tinny, and I am not happy with them at all. My order # is 22026.

my soundbright experience
For an over the counter hearing device, they work very well, my ears ring extremely loud so i just needed a little help to hear people talking to me, nothing is perfect but for the price these work very well, Ive been wearing these hearing aids for almost a month now

I have suffered severe hearing damage from 30 years of work. I can now hear again and the ringing that comes with tinnitus is gone. God is good

I do not hesitate putting the device on. I generally will will use the lowest setting. I am adjusting to back ground sound. At this time, I sometimes have a hard time when having a conversation. I know they speaking, but my brain has not sorted out the interpretation. I am sure that in a short time this will work out favorably.

Great for OTC hearing aids
For OTC hearing aids, they are better than some well known hearing aids. Soundbright wants to know how they are doing and do seem to listen.

I got the discovery hearing aids so I could connect to my phone. I got the soundbright hearing aids after my more expensive hearing aid battery died. My hearing seems to be just as good with the soundbright as compared with the more expensive hearing sids

We ordered 2 sets of hearing aids and received them within 3 days. They are exactly what's advertised. The price is great and the second pair was discounted!
My only suggestion would be to also make them in beige.

Easy to put in ear..love the four…
Easy to put in ear..love the four adjustments for different environments and so easy to switch to each environment.. just put them on the charger and no batteries.
