For an OTC hearing aid, Soundbright is top notch. Easy to wear and easy to change volume. I have been well pleased with mine. The small rechargeable hearing case is great to use. Highly recommend Soundbright hearing aids.

These Soundbright discovery hearing aids are replacing a pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids that were beginning to fail. Miracle Ear wouldn't replace the failing switch, and the price of the replacement was in my opinion excessive. The discovery units had an ear dome that was similar to the ones I had been using for years, and were very comfortable. The discovery units worked as well or better than the Miracle Ear units, and with the application, I was able to control them with my cell phone. I am extremely happy with these units!

My experience so far is threefold: 1) the hearing aids are tiny, almost invisible to the common individual; 2) they are easy to set in as they came with a very detailed instruction booklet; 3) once mastered the technique of volume manipulation, the product is great for everyone who wants to improve his/her hearing acuity.

Service was excellent and fast. I now have both styles and love them both. They are very comfortable in my ears.

Great product! Fast Shipping and good email responses. I can finally hear again. Even reduced some of the noises from tinnitus. Took a couple of days to get accustomed to the new ear pieces, but expected. After a week, I didn't even know they are there. And the price was fantastic.

You can start by getting in touch with the people that are trying to get in touch with you.your customers you said you'll get back to people within one business day it's been two and a half weeks. Be professional do what you say you're going to do what are you going to wait till I lose my chances of getting my money back I use that hard up to stealing people's money I don't think that you are so be the professional people that you are and get in touch with your customers thank you for the fifth time

In early December I ordered a pair of Soundbright Mini Hearing aids as my old hearing aids were giving me problems. I saw the Soundbright ads and decided to give them a try. They arrived three days after I placed the order. I charged them up for a few hours then started using them. My first impression was WOW, these are better than the $3000. units I had. After 2 weeks of use , I am very satisfied with the Soundbright mini units. The batteries last through the entire day and the sound is good. For a hundred bucks, you can't beat them! Before you spend thousands, give these a try.

Support does not respond to return requests or support questions by phone, text, or email. Do NOT buy these if you are not 100% sure they are exactly what you need.

The hear aids did not work well to my satisfaction. I ask for a refund, following all instructions and have not heard back. I would be very careful doing business with this company.

Company takes your money real fast but no product ever received been dealing with them for two months trying to get this resolved and I finally got to the point of asking for a full refund they said it would take 1-3 business days that was two weeks ago they still haven’t even attempted to make this right don’t waste your money

The hearing aids arrived after a delay.

The company was not good about communicating or responding to my concerns, which is unfortunate because the product actually works pretty well. I am fairly satisfied with it considering the low price.

I ordered based on a Review of Hearing devices. I am not even sure the article is genuine. The device did not ship, and the company did not respond to any inquiries I made about my order.

Unfortunately, I feel I got taken by a scam. Do not make the same mistake.

I wish I could review the product but I have not received the hearing aids to rate them. It's been two weeks since I've ordered the Mini Hearing Aids. Their website states "Free One Day Shipping". That should be removed if they cannot meet "high demand", which has been their response to the two emails I've sent. To top it off, they just sent an email asking me to the review their hearing aids. Laughable. I'll give them two more days before I cancel order and ask for a refund.

I placed an order 5 days ago and have yet to receive anything from soundbright . And have yet to receive any reply's from them on shipping. It's looking like another scam 😒

I estimate I have made over a dozen efforts to reach them, all of which have failed. Due to a complete lack of communication and inability to reach the seller, I know believe this is a fraudulent transaction.
