They have Zero commucative services other then a bogus inf@ email that never gets answered! Created the account was messaged to verify my email address the email never came so locked out of the site without being able to have the option to create a support ticket that most likely won't be answered anyways. I’ve experienced ongoing inventory discrepancies, with their platform showing products as “in stock” when they are not. This has resulted in multiple customer orders being canceled, damaging my brand’s reputation and leading to financial losses I now have to absorb.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails — FIVE to be exact — and not a single one has been acknowledged or answered. No phone number, no chat support, just silence. For a platform that claims to support growing businesses, this level of negligence is unacceptable.
If you value your time, money, and the trust of your customers, I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive vendor.

Definitely a scam, Do not sign up. There is no way to get in contact with them, No where on the website that guides you on how to cancel. In fact there is no option to cancel. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THESE THIEVES.
They do get the integration going, but their prices put you out of the market on most items. They throw the kitchen sink at your account and when you sell $100, Amazon takes its 15% and the sourceofgoods takes the rest. You cannot find anything to mark up as it looks like they already did a retail markup before listing it on your site. So you make like $2. You put up the money, they take all the profit. It's really not a good business model for anyone but sourceofgoods.
It looks like a scam, after I have subscribed.. whenever I try to modify my account it redirects me to the billing page where I cannot navigate to any other page. do not subscribe
