We were a group of six traveling on a 16-day trip to Peru and Bolivia in March. It was a private tour managed by South American Luxe, particularly by Jerameel and Crisdel. This itinerary was professionally prepared, very detailed, and comprehensive. Time for rest, and acclimating, was carefully planned ..... making sure that our bodies had enough time to adapt to the new altitude. Of course, no travel would go 100% smoothly without any hiccups. In our case, unfortunately, we had our Bolivian visas delayed. Nobody's fault, just an unfortunate circumstance. But both Jerameel and Crisdel worked very hard with the Bolivian Consulate in Cusco, and they managed to get our visas done in time. In the end, it was only one day delay, but the adjustment to the itinerary was seamless. We could still cover all the spots in Bolivia, nothing missing from this one day delay. Two thumbs up to them, this is the best tour operator we have had so far. By the way, Salar de Uyuni is heavenly 👍👍👍

The wonderful team at South American Luxe curated an amazing holiday for us to experience and learn Andean history, culture, people, food and much more. When hiccups happened, as always for long holidays, the team was extremely quick to respond and resolve issues beyond expectations. Kudos to the Saluxe team!

We worked with SA Luxe for our 6 weeks, small group (5 persons) private tour through 5 countries in S. America. I am from Singapore and have been wanting to visit the Patagonia Region. Crisdel and team is a perfect dream in planning the whole trip - extremely responsive on whatsapp promptly, daily checking in and providing the next day reminders, helping you check into flights and making sure nothing is missing. The prices are also reasonable and made my trip such a breeze.

We planned an almost 3wk trip across buenos aires-Ushuaia-El calafate- El Chalten and was not disappointed at all. All the accomodations, drivers and side trips were well organised and wonderful.

I am ready to go on another one with this team!

Excellent experience.
We are from Hong Kong and found SA Luxe simply via google search and we were originally skeptical about this company. However it turned out to be our best decision for our trip.
Crisdel was super responsive since day 1 and she is absolutely professional. We already had the itinerary in mind so all we did was just sending a message to her about all the places that we want to go each day. She gives professional advice to make our trip even smoother.
SA Luxe took care of all hotels and guided tours including private transfer. Detailed information including full itinerary, flights/hotel bookings, travel tips such as currency rate, packing list, weather and visa requirement to different countries were given before our trip so that we could prepare well for our adventure.
During the trip, SA Luxe provides perfect logistics support. For example we have decided to leave Amazon forest early. All we needed were a message to Crisdel and Jerameel a day in advance and they have handled all the tickets, hotel and transfer in few hours time. All tour guides were professional and fluent in English which gave us a full experience with locals.
All in all, I highly recommend SA Luxe to everyone who is looking for to a customised experience and full english support in South America.
