I had my second visit today. The reception and surgical staff were super polite and helpful. I was seen promptly and had enough time to discuss with the doctor. I had an issue in the past where I had duplicate accounts with the practice and kept receiving messages that I was going to be removed as a patient, but this has since been resolved.

I went for a check up today. I was seen promptly. New I had a problem with one tooth. They gave me good advice how to look after it.I was concerned I would have to have a root canal treatment but they said I would be OK for the time being .In the past other dentists have been very quick to recommend very expensive treatments.

I had a painful tooth problem that left me unable to eat solids. I telephoned South Cliff Dental Practice in Mayfield where I am registered. They did not answer but said to leave a message and they would reply soon. That was on Friday and by early Monday evening I have yet to have a response. On Sunday I managed to get an appointment at their Battle Street branch to have an examination by a dental practitioner. He took x-rays and said he thought the tooth needed to be extracted and that the dentist would contact me on Monday but by Monday evening I am still waiting. Mid-afternoon on Monday I telephoned the Battle Road practice to inquire but after 45 minutes they had not answered the phone. As I was in pain I went to the practice in person and was told they could rush through an appointment by the following Monday. They said I could try to get an emergency appointment the following day but I could only arrange this by ringing on the day and could not guarantee they would answer the phone. I pointed out that as they have a policy of not answering the phone it was highly unlikely I would be able to make an appointment. The receptionist replied they did not answer the phones because they are understaffed and the problem lay with people like me clogging the telephone lines trying to make appointments . Interestingly while waiting to get through their answer phone message repeatedly said they wanted more customers and would clients recommend their services to friends and family.

I want to give 5 stars to Helen the receptionist at the Westbury, Wiltshire, practice.
Helen went above and beyond for me today, very kind and patient, even though it was very busy, with the phone ringing and a big queue of customers, she was very professional with all that came in the door.

Super smashing champion experience from the dentists and hygienists, with special thanks to Simmy and Tiga on reception, always smiley and helpful, and I was more than happy to help them with an abusive customer, and of course not forgetting the uber pro management from the lovely Chloe. After a long term illness and a number of serious family events I "lost" my NHS Dental Care and despite many previous attempts I had been unable to navigate the system in order to reestablish NHS dental care.

The relief of having a smooth professional and accurate first new dental assessment after many years has been huge.

The organisation was excellent and the premises were hygenically clean and all the staff were welcoming, well informed and highly professional; communicating very well with me the patient and with each other.

I am optimistic that they will be able to develop a pathway and strategy to address issues identified by my first new dental assessment performed by an excellent multidisciplinary team.

I am hugely relieved; as is my wife who found out about the new service; and hope that others who had like me fallen through the gaps that arise for patients with combinations of dental, medical, financial and other "life" challenges are able to regain access to high quality dental care.

I've seen Birol Uzun twice now hes a very good dentist very professional caring and helpful. A very pleasant experience every time. Hes brilliant

I can't praise this dentist high enough! I am anxious about anyone touching my mouth due to past trauma and Anukrita is patient, understanding and accepting of allowing me time to feel comfortable. I have had a longer appointment to allow for the work, so I can get as much as is safe done at once. I am finally feeling my smile is coming back, I know there is a long way to go but I have found a dentist who is working with me to get my teeth and mouth healthy.

The receptionist Lalaine is extremely helpful. I appreciated that she was able to book me a same day appointment.
I have always had a very positive experience and they're all very professional. It's a pleasure to go there for my checkups and any treatment required.

Would recommend for the whole family. Professional, on time. Great for dentistry and hygienist.

My first dentist appointment for a while, I needed advice for a complex job and they were so helpful, kind and I didn’t feel uncomfortable!! - Will be returning for all treatments (I was very nervous about dentist appointments before this)

The dentist is always so lovely to my two sons. She always has a little chat with them about there day before checking there teeth, always explains in a simple way for them to understand what she’s doing / what my sons needs to do. She makes a sometimes nerve racking experience for the boys so much calmer with her kindness throughout the whole check up. :)

Southcliff dental has turned a corner! Excellent customer service this week , dentist was excellent too. Kind, explained the treatment needed and fitted me back in on a Sunday to sort. Recommend!

I saw Manisha for a hygienist appt and I can honestly say she was the most thorough hygienist I have had the pleasure to meet. She spent a long time scraping and doing an excellent job of removing plaque before polishing my teeth. I came out feeling extremely clean and delighted. Absolutely first class!

What a helpful lady on reception st Battle Road. So understanding, dealt with my nerves and fears and reassured me I would be well looked after
