Very happy.
First class service and delighted with the pasta I purchased. As yet I haven’t used the rice so can’t comment on that. Overall, though, very happy.

The product received was perfect
The product received was perfect. I have to contact them because there was some delay, but the replied very quick and explained what was the issue (stopped at customs), and gave me a new timeline. The product arrived as expected.

Poor Service
Paid for next day delivery (which can take up to 2 days) but my order hadn't even arrived on day 3, and parcel was needed urgently. Delivery was expensive too. Emailed customer services and no response. Poor service.

They sent delivery update saying my…
They sent delivery update saying my parcel is being dispatched to DPD, DPD sent email saying they are expecting my parcel so I was awaiting the item for a cake I needed to do. They then cancelled my order due to stock issues! The item shouldn’t have been listed, available for me to purchase, sent updates about delivery to be cancelled last minute! Poor

Hello, please accept our error with your order. The flour product you placed order for had split within our storage facility / during delivery to us and we hadn’t identified the issue with the stock until your order was despatched by our team. In this instance we had to refund as we were unable to fulfil within the Fast Delivery Service parameter.
