Hamper ordered weeks before Mother’s Day, acknowledgement received but product was never delivered. No response to any follow-up emails or calls. Have had to report as fraudulent transaction and reclaim money through credit card provider. Extremely disappointed, do not use this company.

Placed an order for Mother’s Day and had no delivery and no response from several emails, several messages on their website and every time I rang it went to an automated message.

Still waiting for a reply and refund.

Total rip off

I am still waiting for a response to an order which was not delivered - ordered at the end of Feb or March 2026 delivery as a birthday gift. I have written to complain on numerous occasions but no response to calls or emails as yet - Can't get anybody on phones so I live in hope of a response. Debbie R.

Our Mother’s Day Devon Hamper cream tea still has not arrived ! No one at the company answers the phone or reply’s to our emails. This is a disappointing experience at best and we wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience.

Absolutely terrible service, ordered a Mother’s Day hamper to find out it hasn’t been delivered… have emailed to find out what’s happened but they haven’t responded and not answering the phone

I ordered a cream tea hamper for Mother’s Day and it did not arrive, I’ve tried contacting them several times with no response, I don’t even think this company deserves a one star, the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Has this company gone bust ? I ordered a hamper for Mother's Day, due to be delivered on the 12/3/26, nothing arrived. I have emailed and phone the company, but no response.

Ordered in plenty of time for a Mother’s Day gift as I was going to be away.
It was due to be delivered on 13/3 and never arrived!!!

Delivery booked for the 13/03/2026 beer hamper as well for a Mother’s Day treat, no response to email, chat or telephone shocking, think this might be a scam site be warned as no sign of delivery or contact from company AVOID

Unable to get any response from this company via phone or email. Originally I placed my order on the 18th February with the delivery date 13th March in time for mothers day. I've been totally let down by this company. I started contacting them on 9th March to amend my order but nobody has responded to me. If I was gifting I would be heartbroken that I'd let down someone close, but it was a self gift to myself, I feel very let down and would not recommend this company to anyone they take your money but that's it no lovely tea. I feel this company has let down a lot of people 😔

Very poor customer service

Ordered a hamper for Mother’s Day back in February, with a delivery date of Friday 13th March. As of today (Friday 13th) no sign of the order even being dispatched…! Emailed with no reply and also rang but just goes to answer machine. Not ideal.

Shouldn’t use DPD for delivery,goods arrived 2 days late,so scones were going off and cream out of date,waste of money,this was a surprise for my wife,not good,won’t be using again,maybe you should deliver goods yourself,at least they’ll get there on time.

Delivery was requested for tomorrow. No dispatch notice, and no response to my phone calls or emails. Website currently displays a banner saying they aren't currently accepting any orders, and all their social media accounts seem to have disappeared.

Great product. Fresh and very tasty.

The brownies were absolutely delicious or so I was told - my friend has just had a cancer scare and it was a lovely way to show that I was thinking of her. Highly recommended!

No communication and no hamper! Was an anniversary gift for my parents… i will now arrive empty handed. Truly appalling to have no communication of any delay etc. can’t quite believe it!

My friend loved the hamper. Excellent value for money!
