I ordered new replacement magnecor lead set for my motorcycle, I received a phone call from the company to talk through my order and what spec of leads I had ordered and what others they do. I then upgraded to a higher spec lead for a minimal extra cost. Was told how long delivery would be and items came before the time given. I will be using this company for future purchases

Ordered x4 Champion plugs, they arrived lose rattling around in a large cardboard box, no protective packing used and packed in a box that allowed the plugs to bounce around inside. Parts were also packed allowing them to come out the Champion packaging and the protective sleeves, customer services contacted and the immediate response is to blame the post office and Champion for this issue, pure class eh.

I had problems sourcing some Ferodo brake pads for my 2017 Trafic. The chap on the phone was extremely helpful, confirmed the correct parts for my vehicle & the price was very good. The whole order of various service parts arrived very quickly. Thank you.

Be carefull. They sent me 4 ignition coils NGK. Three of them was used! True . they refund my money, but it wasn't fair.

What can I say, perfect service! Ordered on Sunday arrived by wednesday, cheaper than my on island motor factors by half and unlike some ebay and amazon listings these are legit articles! With the amount of fakes going round I needed a reputable source, so I would definitely buy again.

I ordered plug caps and leads for my Ducati Multistrada, as Ducati no longer distribute these for my bike.
This sorted out a longstanding issue with my bike which one dealer told me would cost thousands of pounds for new throttle bodies.
I am so pleased, my bike runs perfect now.

Perfect experience. Needed Iridium spark plugs for my 2001 Ducati 996S. Ordered them at 1600 and they were delivered before 1300 the next day. Yes, I paid extrra for the postage but it was worth it to see the bike run after a big and very technical overhaul.

Wow... very fast delivery 24 hours from order (Friday) to delivery (Saturday). Well packaged too, impressed!

I have a 89 Volvo 740 GLE Limousine which has Bosch K-jetronic system and when we acquired the car I looked for the injectors, and then the only people who had any were in America or the EU, and are far too expensive. And this week the car developed a misfire which I diagnosed as a faulty injector. So I began the search again and top of the search was SparkPlugs.co.uk, so I ordered one on Thursday and it arrived the following Monday, the 740 is now ready for MOT. Thank you Spark Plugs, great service and excellent communication and best of all a great price.

I ordered champion Spark pugs they cancelled the order they said they didn’t have any NGK Spark plugs in stock that’s why I ordered champion it said in stock for those not NGK I wish I hadn’t bothered

selling fake NGK plugs - caused my fuel economy to tank and my car to stall. steer clear!

Ordered the day before at 4:30pm, it came next day (during the week).

Very happy with pricing and service, will be using again in the future.

I've had a good experience. I sourced the correct sparkplugs from Denso's website Denso IK20TT, as an Estima 2.4 2009 ACR 50W JDM is not in most parts catalogues. Toyota no: 90919-01210

I like the 4PM cut-off and using their low cost RM 24 delivery meant I had them delivered, brand new in 24 hours. so I was able to have them fitted speedily.

My order placed on 29 June 2020 17:13hrs, came 1 July before noon. Good service.

Ordered during the lockdown. Phoned to ask about delivery at 3pm. Spoke to a friendly member of staff who confirmed my order would be dispatched that day. Delivered the next morning, all for a very reasonable price. What more could you want?

Ordered 4 and identical plugs.
They sent three correct and one random one.

Emailed to enquire about it, they never responded.

I’d advise shop somewhere else.

You’d think a place that sell one thing could get it right.. nope.

Originally Ordered for a fair price. Order was cancelled for no reason.

They called up a day later saying it should not have been cancelled.

We now have some in stock and the price has been increased by £5 per Spark Plug please buy again.

Also the postage had been increased from £1.20 to £3

Didn't even offer the previous price or discount. I am sure trading standards would be interested in this.
