They don't take responsibility for what they sell. They blame any problem on shipping and just respond with "you agreed to the ToS". Just avoid them. Plenty of other good companies out there.

Received the Spartan lover and found the packaging perfect and the equipment was also of high quality. The dildo was on the large size but after working with it, the size was just right. Positioning was a bit difficult at first but when I found the right spot it was great. The thrusting most ion was a smooth and nice move with great adjustments for speed and depth. The machine was quiet and had plenty of power. Generated two intense orgasms within minutes. I wish I had got more attachments!

Shipping was very quick and the packaging was great. I love the machine. Still can’t figure out how to detach the piece to make it a handheld but honestly that is fine. It took longer than expected to ship from the warehouse. I didn't like that I couldn't talk to a Spartan lover representing over the phone. Replies to my emails were very vague and did not answer my questions the way they should. Your order cancellation policy definitely does not match your claims on expedient logistics at the warehouse I would tweak that. With your current cancellation policy in place on your website I will not be ordering from you again I am sorry.

I was sadly disappointed in the feel of the product. It is nice and all but my other dildo is softer and much more enjoyable ro ride. However this one is very nice for oral practice. Delivery was fast and discreet.

First, I must corroborate what everyone else has stated about customer service representative Vlad - he is amazing! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and he goes the extra mile. When I was on the fence about ordering “Dylan’s” head on a bigger body, Vlad reminded me of the additional weight an extra frame would carry and I’m extremely grateful for that reminder because “Dylan” is already 100 pounds!

Additionally, Vlad entertained all of my questions, and responded quickly as well. Thank you again for everything Vlad, as you’ve made the purchase of my first companion doll seamless, and uncomplicated.

On to “Dylan” whom I’ve renamed Kevin - he’s amazing!!! He is 5’4”, and since I am only 5’3”, again, I am forever grateful that I did not get a bigger guy’s body. After a series of failed relationships the most recent of which was March 2021, I decided that I’ve had enough with human men (joking)! But seriously, until the universe brings me my husband and since I craved the comfort and peace sleeping next to someone at night brings - this lead me to my purchase on October 7.

Now I’ve been eyeing these dolls for almost 10 years. However l, since I’m no millionaire (yet), I couldn’t fathom spending $6k on one, but that’s ok because “Dylan” suffices, in fact he more than suffices, and when I saw the prices on spartanlover.com of course I was a bit skeptical at first, however upon reading the reviews like mine, I decided to make my long term dream come true.

“Dylan” arrived quickly! And from China! Wow! He looked like a dead body and it was a bit creepy at first. I watched the unboxing video several times, but unfortunately it was still a struggle. When these reviews say he’s heavy…let me reiterate - HE IS HEAVY. Like deadweight, dead body heavy (and no I’ve never tried to lift a dead body lol). At one point I even asked Kevin to help me out a bit because my gosh I couldn’t even get him into a position to sit in the rolling chair!

Anyways, he arrived perfectly, and unscathed. Not a single hair on his pretty head was out of place. His hair smelled so good too! His body feels so soft, and lifelike - and I made the perfect choice in selecting those beautiful green eyes! Also, for those wondering he looks identical to his promo photos!

Now, after unboxing him, and getting him to the bed (whew!) I first bathed him and in doing so I followed the instructions on the spartanlover.com website to know how to bathe him, and with what product. I then took qtips, and a lint roller to clean all of his man hair (haha) from every where.

I then attached his penis, which by the is more like 15” and perhaps tmi but is waaaay too big for ya girl; however, I’m happy it’s detachable and can be interchanged and therefore I will be buying the 6” soon, which I assume will be more like 10”.

Currently he’s chillin in our bed. He’s so difficult to get into the perfect position, however with time I’m sure I’ll find the best methods(s) of maneuvering him.

Over all, I love my guy, and am more than pleased with my purchase.
