SpartanLover.com Reviews

Terrible experience ordering from Spartan Lover, will not be ordering again. When I ordered my package I paid extra for 1-4 day shipping and by the 5th day the order had yet to ship. It wasn't shipped for 6 days after I ordered. I had my shipping refunded and was going to give a 4 star review previously, but when I opened the package one of the toys was damaged. My order came with 4 toys and 2 attachments as advertised, but only 3 of the toys were wrapped in plastic wrap or put in a plastic bag, before being put in another sealed plastic bag. One of the toys however was only put in the sealed bag and arrived dirty and damaged. The toys also seem low quality for the price. Do not recommend.

Super great! Nicely packaged, works very well.

Exactly what it looks like. Cord kinda short. But does the job. Tried about half the toys. Ready to try out the rest!

Unfortunately I have not yet received the main product I ordered. However after speaking with customer service, they responded quickly and professionally.

Cup of my ohmysky vell apart after less than 10 uses.

The distributor said to bad ,umust buy the whole unit.

I said no way I'm gonna buy a new one after 8 uses.
He said to bad.i told him I'd put the truth online.

He pedaled backwards and sent me a replacement.

Don't know what I will do when it fails again

Very good product and customer service was spot on.

Absolutely perfect. Fast shipping. Can’t believe I waited to get this!

The product came quickly and with all items it was supposed to. The machine works well and we're definitely enjoying it.

Ok fine great excellent perfect

A marvelous device. Now I can a multitude of different dildos on my Love Machine.

This machine is absolutely perfect! The power is fantastic, as we as the controllable speed 😍😍

I have just received my doll Tanner he is absolutely gorgeous, the facial features are so real and his eyes look right at you. His punched head hair it thick and stylish, having the silicone head adds to this rugged realism. Tanners body is soft and muscular without being over the top, wonderful to touch so real. You would have to pay massively over the price of this doll, for this standard of quality. Vlad and the team at Spartan have been very supportive of me too during the delivery process, even though there were delivery issues Vlad sorted it out and reassured me throughout, what an absolute gentleman thank you once again Spartan lover 😘

I ordered my torso doll and received it in a timely manner, however, it arrived damaged and not what I expected. SpartanLover offered to replace it but I did not want it replaced. It was not returnable so we came to mutually agreed-upon terms for store credit and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Spartanlover.com has the best customer service I have ever seen. This is my second order with them, the product arrived within three days of ordering, and everything was as described and pictured. Very pleased I will ask them again.

dealing with spartan lover was a great experience the process was simple and product delivered with in a week time very happy dealing with you, expect me to order more merchandise in the near future. I enjoyed ordering from you. thanks...........

A nice package which was an instant hit with my female guests. Not much of a user myself, and a bit nonplussed by the specificities male attachments. Maybe an acquired taste?

At any rate an excellent value for my darling cuties who keep asking if they can try it again, since there 's so many attachments !-).

I personally appreciated the rigid extension which allowed better angles and positioning, as well as the succion cups. Maybe the engine itself could be a bit heavier

Answered all my questions, customer service is great. lots of info on taking care of your dolls. included some freebies (clothes, a cleaning tool a nice bathrobe that I wear it is so soft) Nice selection of dolls. Thanks SpartanLover
