Super service at Broads travel, super helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel booked for us in Barcelona was brilliant; great location next to a metro station, friendly service and modern hotel facilities. Couldn’t fault it!
Wonderful cruise and great ship.
Flights were fine, would have preferred to have been seated together but this is minor.
There was an issue with our transfer from ship to airport but not sure what went wrong and where exactly!!

Just returned from Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta in Saint Eulalia Ibiza. Everything went well from our greeting at reception through to our leaving today after 14 blissful days. This hotel are so welcoming to their guests whether in reception, dining room, animation team keeping everyone informed and tempting them into daily activities but know when to leave you alone to chill out. Rooms have been refurbished this year and are kept in order with friendly team of cleaners. The food is excellent at breakfast/lunch and dinner with plenty of choice and all staff do their utmost to ensure you know exactly what ingredients etc are in their dishes. Really enjoyable holiday and would definitely choose this hotel again.

For several years we have used the very helpful team at Broads to assist us with our choice of holiday and all the booking details. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it takes all the stress away from us. They listen to our needs and budget and make great recommendations. We were kept constantly informed about all the details and everything went totally to plan.

Looking forward to booking again with the amazing team in Boroughbridge.

This has to be the very best travel agency. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are professional, efficient and above all else have amazing senses of humour. Why use the Internet when you can spend time with a super bunch of people and get exactly what you want with no unexpected nasty surprises suddenly added on?
Used them many times and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everything was so easy and quick. Very efficient.

Really enjoyed the holiday and accommodation clean and tidy. Food was excellent and a lot of variety.
Even though we do not have young children, they had lots of entertainment for children. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and our balcony looked over the pool.
Over all could not fault and would definitely go with the same company again.

Broads provide a trouble free service, and take responsibility for any changes to the flights & holiday.

All the staff at Broads Travel in Mere Green are so helpful. Any problem we had, they guided us through and were more than helpful. Definitely are the only travel agents we would go to. Special thanks to Andrea who found us a fantastic holiday with so many specifications we gave her! 5*
