Its a bit of a minefield out there when it comes to CSPR and who to use, pricing, turnaround and navigating through the various hurdles. I engaged Spectra for my compliance and was really glad that I did, they were quick, professional and communication was excellent from start to finish. Was pleased and will use them again going forward.

I approached this company to ask what qualifications the assessors preparing the assessment have as I was looking for a new assessment company; the owner at first claimed they couldn't give me this personal information about the assessors, and when I replied that I wasn't asking for personal information, just what qualifications they hold, he came back and presented me with his own "qualifications". I think he thought they would impress me, but honestly I think most were made up by him and NONE would allow him to prepare CPSRs for the UK/EU market. After politely telling him I would not be using his services, he sent me a further email claiming that he is (and I quote) "the top authority of this business, as well as a couple of other businesses as well". This is of course, utter rubbish, this company SPECTRA PVT LTD (company number 12736854) has been has been nearly struck of the Companies House register several times and was only really 'set up' in July 2026 (which is when both the website and FB business page were set up). His other two Ltd companies - THE SCENTS VAULT LIMITED (Company number 16298989) and PHOENIX SAFETY CONSULTANTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (Company number 13835804) are both dormant companies, so not exactly "successful" as he claims. On further investigation it appears this company use a Virtual address. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but this company claims it can act as an RP, but RP addresses MUST be a physical real address, not a virtual office.

I have no idea if the assessments are correct or even valid, but I personally wouldn't risk it, based on the owner's attitude and the information available in the public domain about his trading history. But I would definitely say if you are looking for RP services, go else where!!

Your diligence is entirely understandable. As mentioned, we are bound by company confidentiality and safety policies, which means we cannot disclose our safety assessors' details before an order is confirmed. For clarity, we do not rely on a single assessor: our team includes 5–6 qualified safety assessors.

I am the top authority of this business, as well as a couple of other businesses as well. I have never claimed to be a safety assessor myself — my expertise lies in my own fields, which is precisely why the assessments are carried out by the qualified assessors on our team.

It is, of course, entirely your choice whom you work with, and I respect that.

I am NOT a spammer, I am a legitimate customer, undertaking due diligence on a company that has suddenly appeared on my Facebook feed. I have been in the Industy several years and have purchased assessments from several different companies and was looking to see if this company would be a good fit for me. Of all the companies and suppliers I have worked with over the years I have never needed to block a company's email before, but I had to do that with this company and am sure, if I had not done so, the owner of this company would still be emailing me and not accepting that because he refused to give me information that is perfectly and reasonable to ask for, that I would not be using his services.

Fast and very good service

Fast service, good communication throughout and delivered. Had some issues uploading to the site and that was fixed for my next upload. Had some errors on one of the documents but that was resolved without hassle or extra fees. I will be using this business again.

I am very satisfied with the work provided, both in terms of quality and professionalism. I was particularly impressed by how quickly everything was completed — the entire work was delivered within just four days.

For comparison, another company, despite charging significantly more, was unable to complete the same work at all.

Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely use their services again for future projects in this field.
